Good quality
These are simple little items, but if you’re particular about your whiskey, you’re going to want to have an ice cube that compliments what you are drinking. The pliable rubber material is thick and high-quality. Just one tip: with the round ones, don’t fill them entirely, leave a little bit of space because when the ice expands, it will push back through the fill holes.

Thoughtful design and features for both cubic and spherical ice molds
The two best features of this duo compared to other makers: 1) The cubic silicone tray has a lid on it, which will help a lot with preventing odor absorption and ice sublimation while stored in a freezer after the ice is made. Although I generally advocate using one's big ice cubes in a steady cadence ( :-) ), I've certainly had times where a week or more will pass before I pull the next cube. So many cocktail choices, so little time... 2) The sphere molds, made entirely of silicone, have a flexibility to them that enables pulling the sphere without having to run warm water over the mold to get the ice to release. This is a big improvement over some other makes that use a more rigid plastic base container that you can't flex enough to pop out the ice without warming it with water. In particular with the sphere molds, even though they are two hemispherical halves, water does not leak out of the seam when filling them, so at least initially, this is great engineering of the material. If you fill these to slightly less than completely full through the fill hole, then you won't have any ice expression outside of the mold as the water freezes and expands slightly. Because the product is silicone, it will eventually absorb "freezer burn" or "old ice" odors unless you are very scrupulous. But for the price point, replacing the material every few years is not really an issue. Overall this is a well-engineered product set that is easy to use and gives excellent results.

Very Nice
I have these along with the regular smaller cube ice trays. They're all very high quality silicon and they work exactly as you'd expect. The cubes are super easy, and the lid is fine to cover it up. Not super secure, but it goes all the way around, and you need to kind of tuck the tray into the lid, so you do it one corner at a time. Kind of wish they used the plastic tray lid that they use for the smaller cubes, not a huge knock, just not really sure why the rubber one is included here, since it feels slightly less secure. The sphere's you need to ensure that you only fill it up like 70% or so, otherwise it can be a bit annoying to open up after done. What I do is just fill it up until it's full (since you can't see how full it is) and then I just empty a bit for about 2 seconds. The only weird/difficult part about either of these two products is that it's kind of hard to open the casing on the sphere once frozen. Even with no frozen particles on the outside (if you wipe up any drips before you put it in the freezer) it's still almost impossible to do, so you need to use a knife or the handle end of a fork or spoon, and just separate the two pieces that way. It does not damage the mold and it's does not require much strength at all, but I'm guessing it's just suction combined with the frozen state of the mold. The sphere is pretty much perfect, no weird stuff or odd shapes. Melts nicely.

Let your whisky go out in style.
When the Good Lord invented whisky, he made it perfect; the aging of the barrel sacrificing part to him in gratitude and thus being blessed with flavor, character, and potency. Whisky, consumed neat is a marvel and a tradition that long shall remain a living myth of which even the common man may partake. But not every occasion is one of quiet reflection and piety to the God and his magnificent gift to humanity. There are times when one must exit the City of God for the City of Man and rub elbows with the parents of your child's scout troop, dance troupe, sport league/team, or coworkers with whom you (disin)genuinely enjoy spending time. For these latter times, I strongly suggest the Glacio Ice Cube Molds. Not only do they do the job - making large blocks and spheres of ice to maximally chill your drink while minimally melting into it and diluting your concoction - they also provide a conversation piece for when you have nothing in common with someone, not even the weather. Please feel free to test this out for yourself. Simply add 2 dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters and 3 dashes of Angostura Original Bitters to the bottom of a glass. Add 2oz of a bourbon above 90 proof (Elijah Craig Small Batch is arguable the best for an OF) and 1/4oz rich demerara syrup. Stir. Add 2 cocktail cherries and 1 peel of orange. Stir. Let sit to marry for a moment - don't believe the hype of building a cocktail over ice, that's just silly and antithetical to chemistry. Add ridiculously large Glacio molded ice cube a minute or so before imbibing. It may be wise to prep your second as you consume your first. Responsibly.

Highly recommended!
I was a bit skeptical about these trays, but they turned out to be exactly what I need. I specifically bought them for kids’ school and sports. All I need is 2 or 3 of the cubes in their water bottles. It has been super hot lately so these came in handy.

I'll be darn
These molds arrived yesterday and we put them right to work. Easy to fill in the freezer well and did everything that you would hope them to do. While they were in transit we received an email from the seller with helpful suggestions for how to keep the ice from breaking down in your drink. Worked like a charm. We used around cube first, very slow melt cube lasted for close to an hour and a half. Seller shipped quickly, and the product was packaged well. Today we will try the squares. Don't hesitate to buy at such a fantastic price point.

Wonderful until the third batch
I loved the idea of long lasting extra cool ice, since I drink at least a gallon a day out of a Big Gulp the size of my head, and I was so excited, everything went smooth, I filled the sphere molds and the cube mold, and put them in the fridge yesterday when it arrived, a little while later, my jug was empty, and the ice inside the jug had melted and been consumed. I go to the kitchen, I take out the molds, they all released the ice easily without issue, and I returned to my room with my refilled jug. Later that night, I restocked again, everything's fine. However, when I ran out of ice today, I went, got the ice, no problemo, however, this is where the trouble began, I had refilled the sphere molds, ready to put them back in the freezer, but they had started leaking profusely before I could even get the molds into the freezer. The cubical molds still work great though. Next time I need sphere molds, I'll buy the "batch" styled ones, rather than the two individuals that came from this product.

SILICON ICE MOULD
I ordered two sets consisting of one square and one spherical mould of ice tray,so 2 square mould and 2 spherical mould but instead I received 3 square mould and only one spherical mould. Qualitywise I would say just OK as for spherical mould it's difficult to fill the water as lock not working properly so shape of ice spheres are not identical. For square tray it's all eight ice cubes are not of identical shape and taking out the cubes not a very easy task.

Brilliant superb ice trays
Didn’t know you could make round ice balls until I came across this product by accident … my daughter goes through so much ice ridiculous amounts so brought this as a stocking filler for her for Christmas .. I couldn’t wait till Christmas to use it so now she’s has bags of ice instead 😂 the cubes are big leave for a minute or two makes them easier to get out , the balls it suggests squeezing them with your thumb over the hole to improve suction and don’t fill to the top roughly 80% works a treat every time and so easy to remove 👍the ice is huge so it lasts in your drink for ages 😊 I read lots of reviews but decided on this product glad I did 5 ⭐️ from me delivery quick

Makes amazing ice cubes
Easy to use, fill and remove ice cubes. Easy to clean when finished. Perfect for G&Ts, highballs and whisky on the rocks as the cubes takes ages to melt keeping your drink colder for longer. Highly recommended
