I’m very pleased with this Draper 7 Pattern Hose Pipe Spray Gun. It feels solid and well-made, and the brass fitting gives it a durable, high-quality feel compared to cheaper plastic connectors. Metal connector and solid feel , just used it today with a quality hose and it was perfect. I was going to buy the expensive hozelock metal one for 4 times the price and basically this does a great job and feels very sturdy so I am happy. Even the best brands of these have poor reviews so I hope this lasts and if so its a genuine bargain.

Decent variety of sprays to choose from. Easy to squeeze handle and good grip. Nut on the back to adjust the depth of squeeze to suit individual hand size. This spray gun has lasted 2 years before the internal spring rusted and became brittle preventing the gun from shutting off the water. The plastic outer "collars" have cracked and broken too now. I suspect it would have lasted longer if removed from the hose and taken inside over winter after each use.

Fit the existing hose fine, seems well built with at least some parts made from metal. Seems to have slightly higher pressure on the 'jet' setting than our previous one. Twisting mechanism for choosing the spray is reliable, its fairly difficult to accidentally leave it between settings and get the wrong pattern. As with all these things, leaving it outside all year means its unlikely to last more than a year or two but at this price i'm not complaining.

Worked well when I first used it and had no issues for around 10 months. It now leaks out of the nozzle without the handle being pressed. I do not recommend this product.
