Perfect for Christmas Puddings, Vegan alternative not taste same.
Have been using Atora Beef suet for over 50 years to make the Christmas Puddings and nothing can replace it. I make 6 puddings a year ranging from 2Kg up to 4.5Kg. I tried the vegan alternative to make 3 puddings last year as well as my 6 normal puddings and the Vegan alternative did not make the same tasting puddings as The Original Atora Beef Suet.

Perfect for dumplings or any recipe that specifically states use Atora shredded suet.
Ideal for making dumplings or any recipe that calls for Atora to be used……but not as I thought for making dripping as when melted down there is a coating of flour? on each pellet so I was unable to use it in a recipe.

Makes the most lovely light & fluffy dumplings
I always use beef suet when making beef stew or corned beef hash & dumplings. It makes the most light & fluffy dumplings that double in size is always a delight to see once the lid is removed. If you remove the lid once the dumplings have doubled & pop them in the hot oven they'll end up with a lovely crispy crust!
