I tested out these finger pull router bits on some scrap redwood using my Bosch 1617 router and the bits cut cleanly with little resistance leaving a very smooth finish that would require little sanding. I decided to make the cuts in a single cut and I wasn't sure if the bits would bog down cutting that deeply in a single pass but I was surprised to find there was almost no resistance indicating the blades must have very sharp edges. I'm not sure how long the cutting edges will remain sharp but at the very low price the bits are selling for I'm not really concerned and I feel they are a good buy.

I used these on my cabinet/drawer install in my garage- I decided to go the homemade route and build everything myself. I had never used a bit like this, so I decided to give them a shot and see what happened. I used these to make the handles for the drawers I build, and they worked great. I got no tear out nor burning. I can't say too much for the durability, as I only needed to make 12 drawer handles, but I can say that I didn't notice any drop in performance from the first cut to the last, so that's a plus!

They arrived on time and in good shape. No problems with the packaging. They cut fine, and that's about all I really care about. Be careful getting them started. They come in a plastic bag inside of a yellow plastic storage tube inside of another plastic bag. The picture shows both of them and their storage containers. Depending on how you want to use them, you may want to look up some instructions on the Internet.

This Akylin 2pcs Finger Pull Router Bits Set is a specialty item.....I like the 1/2 inch shank and I will be able to use both of them as I create a large wall cabinet in our house and it will have some pull out drawers.....it is really good when these types of bits are sent with each having its own storage case.
