Third hernia belt I've had since surgery. It is definitely the best. Silicone disc works great to compress the hernia area. Much more comfortable than the wider ones (no rolling or pressing on your rib cage when you bend over). Will buy again.

I have been wearing this for about 3 months after my Ostomy reversal surgery. When I went back to work (in which I lift, pull and push), this gave me the support I needed to feel like I was not going to get another hernia. I wear a 14/16 womens pant and the xl fit perfectly. Have not noticed any skin irritation, but I put it on over a tank top. Gives me the support I need, would recommmend

Belt works but the velcro is very weak and the belt does roll on the sides which can sometimes pinch and make it uncomfortable. Meaning, you will likely have to adjust the belt at times in order to keep it where you need it. Many times, it would drop below my belly button and I would have to adjust it.

I'm not sure if I should have bought a different size but the only complaint I have about this product is that it "shimmies" a bit out of place. I have a fairly large hernia above my belly button. I can put it on standing up but I prefer to lay the band on the bed, lay down on my back on it and then close it (for me this helps me keep hernia "in" so when I stand up it can't pop back out all the way). It's soft and gentle on the hernia area, just firn enough to do the job! ***I'm under physician care and will be getting repaired. I do not recommend as a substitute for seeing a dr.

I wish I had know about this belt immediately after my hysterectomy. It is a game changer. It provides comfortable support that can be easily adjusted.

The pad can be positioned to adjust tightness of the elastic belt which is a inch or two thinner than most. This allows me to sit or bend over comfortably. Larger belts tended to cover the bottom of my rib cage and interfered with breathing. The dimple on the pad is effective yet gentle. I read a review that stated the belt wouldn't stay in position but I have not had that problem.

Had ventral and umbilical hernia surgery. This belt was so much more comfortable that the huge one they sent home with me to wear night and day for the next four weeks. Four weeks post op now and still wear it when lifting and for certain sleeping positions until fully healed. Love the slim design. Tried others but this is my favorite. I wear it without the removable umbilical add on. Also it fit my frame. I wear an XS in clothing and weigh about 106 pounds.

Horrible product the mating end curls up preventing engagement of the velcro interface. Would not recommend because once it has been washed this will occur
