If you are older, and either a picky eater, or you eat the same thing all the time, you're probably missing some of these nutrients. These are the building blocks for every protein synthesis in your body, even tissue repair. I feel these help with general pains like fibromyalgia, as it seems to provide 'lubrication' in all your muscles. Also provided digestive 'lubrication', so may help with IBS-C. Also helped to stabilize mood. It even lessened my back pain. It took 4-6 weeks to really notice a change, but it has been such a big difference, I will continue to use it from now on. Who knows? Maybe this is why we have all the advanced age changes- because we're not getting these later in life? Pay attention that the daily serving is 4 capsules. You can take 2 morning/2 evening. I have tried many different brands if amino acids and I am very pleased with the high quality of these. I have been taking them in between my meals and 2 hours before a protein bar or shake and workout and definitely have noticed a difference. I was reluctant because of the price and they are equal if not better than a few other brands I tried over the years. I will be sticking with this brand as long as they don’t raise their prices. Very pleased and definitely recommend giving them a try.. Update to my review. I bought more and ordered again. The last brand I used raised their price after a few good reviews. I hope this brand doesn’t. They are as high quality as a brand I was paying a lot more for the same amount of BCAA’s. Very happy with this company and looking at some of their other products.
