Received my order earlier this morning w/overnight shipping 🤗 The mop bucket is decent in size; not too small or too large, which is perfect for storage. Assembly process is simple, quick and easy. The mop comes with a total of 5 metal detachable poles, which was very easy to put together/assemble. You are able to remove a pole, if you need the mop stand to be a little shorter, otherwise, it’s a perfect height with all 5 polls assembled. So far, it is comfortable and easy to use with ease to push/mop floors, walls and higher surfaces with no problems. Package comes with a total of three (3) microfiber mop pads. Packaging claims that the microfiber pads are machine washable, which are great, in terms of saving some money. It advises to change microfiber pads every 1 to 2 months of use. The overall colors of the mop and bucket are neutral tones; light gray and a darker shade of gray, making it aesthetically pleasing, in my personal opinion (& if colors matter to you 😆). The mop bucket is light weight and has two separate chambers; one for wet/wash and the other to dry mop — also great, since it separates clean water from dirty water. The mop itself is also light weight and easy to handle. I like that I am able to not only mop my floors, but also use this mop to clean my walls, high surfaces, hard to reach places and big mirrors, too 🤗 (Obviously, I’d use a new/clean microfiber mop pad for walls/mirrors, instead of the one I used to mop floors with) Overall, this is a great mop. Simple and easy to assemble and use. I actually returned a newly purchased O-Cedar spin mop & bucket for this Joy Moop mop & bucket instead 😉 Hope this helps with your decision making process 😊

Let me share how it's become a game-changer for me, especially considering the need to be extra cautious with our vinyl floors. Our home is adorned with vinyl floors, and as you may know, excessive moisture can lead to buckling. Given this, cleaning can be a bit of a challenge. Enter the JOYMOOP Mop and Bucket set – a true savior for our vinyl floors. What sets this set apart is its flat squeeze bucket design, ensuring that the amount of water applied is controlled, preventing any excess moisture from seeping through. This feature has been a lifesaver, allowing me to clean effectively without the worry of damaging our vinyl flooring. The long handle provides added convenience, sparing me from the need to bend over excessively during cleaning sessions. This not only makes the cleaning process more comfortable but also more efficient. The inclusion of a wet/dry wall cleaner and the option for hardwood floor cleaning with the same set is incredibly convenient. It's a versatile solution that caters to various cleaning needs around the house. The only thing I dislike is that adding water can be difficult. Other than that I do recommend it.

I like the concept but could use a redesign. I use the dry compartment for the disinfectant or clean water and the 2nd compartment for the dirty. After a few uses of the mop heads they fall apart. I purchased extra mop heads from a 3rd party and those work much better but they do also lose their thickness with some time and become too thin for the 2nd compartment. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a spout to drain the water. Have to dump it. Love the magnetic mop head design. I think imma buy another one but with a spout.

My husband saw a video for this mop on tiktok and wanted to buy it. I ended up getting from Amazon just so I'd get it faster. I really wanted to hate this thing but actually I love it. I have always been a fan of my swiffer but now we only use this mop. It's really easy to use, my 4 year old will pull it out and start mopping. It cleans so well and you don't even realize how well it's cleaning until you dump out the water. I have a 1 and 4 year old so I mop about every 3 days and get way too excited to use this mop. Its super lightweight even when filled with water.

Worst most complicated ridiculous thing I've ever ordered! Doesn't work at all. Started from the beginning where the top didn't stay on and complicated to try to slide the mop in and get it the right direction and then the top keeps popping off the whole time ...it's just a damn bucket and mop and it's not worth it two cents

Second purchase of this type of mop. It can be used for literally everything! As I an over 6 feet tall, I like the longer handle and so does my back! I use the mop to clean, walls, floors, baseboards, truck windshield, you name it....it works! inexpensive, but good quality. Mop heads are reasonably priced and durable. There are different mop heads available for different surfaces. You have a lighter bucket with enough water to thoroughly clean the mop, but not weigh too much. A wringer when needed. Clean water if needed. A handy handle that disappears when not needed. Try one and you'll be very happy too!

I honestly don't write too many of these BUT when I do, and especially when it's critical of an item... I don't write nonsense about bad packaging or being too dumb to understand the directions. This mop is great I have cement floors in my house no,no, not the beautiful floors that come to mind the shiny see yr face in the sea of gorgeous colors. nope, mine have ZERO shine and are blackish grey ( think garage floor🫣) No shine...but I do have 3dogs 50 kids and 200 grandkids (approximately) so I sweep and mop often ... so I really needed this to work the first one I bought malfunctioned, I thought well,maybe i got a bad one. the velcro which attaches to the mop came apart and I tried to rescue it but ended up buying a new one none of the glues I tried worked...SOI bought a new one...(suprize! Inflation...Higher priced mop) only now again after only a few short months the same thing has occurred 🙄 I don't want A giant mop bucket I don't want to spin my mop like a salad spinner I like watching all the dirty mop water come off in the dry side! It's weirdly satisfying! So if anyone can fix this then this mop is a 5 star easy... and i would guess nobody reading a mop review can afford to keep buying replacements (or theirs have a maid). If you only mop once a week or month, then it may last longer for you. But I mop every other day in some capacity so...

Purchased on 10/2/26, initially good. However after i wash n dried sticky pad and re-applied to mop end, it starts to roll up when trying to put in and out of the basket. I tried resticking. Waste of money and energy in the end.

The mop head has nothing to hold it in. A push button is on the mop head but not on the pile. As a result, when you put the mop into the bucket and go to pull it out, the mop head comes off and is stuck. Makes it unusable.

J'ai vraiment aimé ce système. De plus, ça ne prend pas beaucoup de place pour le rangement. Je suis très satisfaite!
