Ok so after 2 weeks I can honestly say I see some improvement interms of my weight loss. My regimen has changed drastically before but adding these has helped. My energy levels are up and I tend to use the bathroom more but despite these being very large pills I swallow them easily. My stomach doesn’t feel upset more slight discomfort then easily passed stool and the taste nor smell is not terrible and so far I can say it’s good value for your money.

I've looked into the origins of many supplement brands that appear frequently on Amazon searches, and which seem to get a lot of sales on Amazon (including locating the people who are behind these brands). The vast majority of them have very low credibility, and come from potentially dangerous sources. For products that wouldn't affect my health, I wouldn't care much about the sources. However, supplements go into our bodies and can alter our biochemistries. This makes gambling on sketchy brands too risky. I have been taking black seed oil for a few months now with great results. There is always aftertaste with oils. Pills are always large in size, they have to be in order to get maximum dosage benefits. Potency is the same as most capsules. Digestive effects are quick. will keep you regular. I find them most effective for inflammation. Great price for 70 pills.

Not sure what this is supposed to do or how to review no taste good value for the money kinda big pills

My hair was looking dry before taking this black seed oil. After a few weeks I noticed that my hair is now glossy and shining. It almost has a greasy look to it now. Aside from that, the oil helps me fall sleep. It seems to lower my blood pressure. There are quite a few notifications benefits to taking it. Definitely a must have supplement. 5 stars.

Cold pressed Black seed oil in general is really great for your body and well being and this is a really good brand at a great price. The only complaint I have is that they are pretty big but I guess that's necessary with the amount of mgs. You don't burp black seed oil flavor with these like some other brands so that's nice. I would recommend these to someone looking for good quality BSO for sure.
