Bad packaging, bad claims, bad product
I wish I could give 0 stars. Product came opened with uneven number of packets so definitely some have been taken out. You need to take 3 doses each day which amounts to using 3 sachets in 1.5ltrs of water per day. If I could drank 1,5ltrs of water a day why would I need a supplement. No authority has approved any of their claims of vitimins added. This product is a hoax and can't be returned. Do yourself a favour, don't bother.

Misleading information given
This is not for people who are trying to reach ketosis or trying autophagy by fasting. They mention "No sugar" and "No artificial ingredients" but there is definitely something that triggers insulin and pushes the body out of ketosis and fasted state. The term "No sugar" and "No artificial ingredients" is quite misleading here. Total carbs are mentioned >1 gm however one serving itself if just 3.7gms. How much of these carbohydrate is sugar? This is not mentioned anywhere

Good flavour, effective but pricey
I like the cherry, lychee, lime, apricot and pomegranate flavours so far. Mix easily, I use 800mls bottle.

Received with broken box. Only received 19 sachets instead of 20 sachets as indicated in box.

Tasty healthy drink
These are quite expensive but having tried numerous other cheaper brands I do come back to these every time. The flavour and contents can’t be beaten. They dissolve quickly unlike lots of the tablet electrolytes. I didn’t notice any side effects and they kept me very refreshed.
