There were minor issues with programs and features not working properly but have been resolved. However the wireless mouse and keyboard intermittently stop working. At times they fail at the same time but also fail independently. I tried different USB ports but still have the same problem. Was told from Customer Service I had to send the PC, Mouse and , keyboard for the warranty to be covered. Which sucked because ti took me close to a day to load my programs and work through the bugs something I prefer not to do again. All and all it was a good purchase.

It was pretty difficult to set up. Windows 11 requires network access to set up. The wireless adaptor is not installed initially. So one needs to connect to the internet via a cable, set up, and then install the wireless adaptor. The mouse and the keyboard work well. The computer runs smoothly so far.

This computer was a lemon everything started falling apart on this computer a week after I bought it. And it comes with around 8 USB ports, But At least two or three of them didn't work in the first place and on the rest of them, you have to have 3 of them devoted to the wireless keyboard the Internet router and the Wi-Fi router. Then we had the issue with the computer keeps freezing on me and there is a couple of times a programmer just gets stuck and I'd have to Use control alt delete to start the program. Then we had the issue of one of my monitor relays in the back stop working. I am in the process of returning this computer to either get repaired or get a refund. I'm glad I have the Asurion warranty, Because when I tried to call Dell about the computer, they told me that it was a rebuild and it was no longer under warranty and there was nothing they could do, And I probably could have called Amazon and had Amazon returned the product but since I already bought the Sharon warranty on it I wanted to make sure that everything was OK and assuring is in the process of sending me a box to return this computer to either repair it or send me a refund.

Setting up the computer was pretty much seamless and operated as it should. So far this computer is operating very quickly goes from site to site with no issue. Completely satisfied with the purchase and it serves all my purposes and my needs.

This is my first refurbished PC purchase. There were issues w/the pc. I contacted the seller who tried to help me resolve them. When that didn't work, the seller sent me a replacement and I returned the faulty pc. So far the replacement works quite well. The seller's customer service is topnotch and 5 star plus.

Plenty of space to add a large graphics card. Does not have built in wifi or Bluetooth. They include a card for that. Tech support was good it’s just unfortunate that I needed it.

System is performing great

Windows 11 pro sin problema y todo parece funcionar de manera correcta. no tengo ningun inconveniente en recomendar equipos rehabilitados en Amazon.

Me sorprendió gratamente, es un equipo veloz, navego y trabajo estupendamente bien, y un equipo de buena calidad.
