Excellent cayenne pepper..I love the flavour..its good quality and spicy hot but not overbearingly hot..cayenne pepper has many health benefits for the blood etc so thats another incentive to incorporate this spice into the diet..also its organic which is another brucie bonus...sprinkles nicely onto a lovely rib eye steak, raw herrings with onions, sardines..so much..I buy this regularily and would highly recommend

A lot stronger than the little pots in the supermarkets so you need to use less. One of my favourite spices.
