This product is very good and I will recommend it.

I received the umbrella, but unfortunately it’s not in the shape it was supposed to be. Instead of curving inward as shown in the pictures, it curves outward, which is quite disappointing. This isn’t what I expected based on the product description. I feel like it hasn’t met the advertised standards, and it ended up being a waste of time and money.

disappointed.. the fabric is thin😪 there is already damage on the fabric and u can see through it. i planned to use it for sun protection but the material does not provide uv protection.

A good umbrella product. Hefty but not overly hefty, seems nicely durable, that is, it doesn’t seem to be the kind of product that would let you down when it was needed. Just a little word of caution : don’t press the ‘open’ button when you’re it is in the close proximity of children or grownups because the ‘opening’ mechanism is quite robust and will open up with a unexpected amount of force. When you ‘close’ it, just fold the fabric material in order to attach the closure strap, attach it and then just push the handle end up into place. It’s quite easily replaced into the nice fabric by slightly twisting the whole assembly as you push it into place. Cheers

Elegí este paraguas por que estaba cansada de las sombrillas de mala calidad que se rompen fácilmente. Al abrirlo lo primero que noté fue la calidad de los materiales, se sienten gruesos más no pesados y el mango es muy suave. Solo tiene una capa de tela por lo que protege contra el sol pero no bloquea totalmente los rayos UV por que no es su principal función (lo principal es la resistencia). En cuanto a la funda me gusta, pues se ve bien cocida y no es difícil volver a meter la sombrilla. Adicionalmente, me gustó el empaque, sencillo pero lindo, una bolsita transparente que contenía el paraguas y una carta del fabricante donde se me ofreció reemplazo de por vida.

Dear Annelies, This is a 5 star product in every sense of the word. The umbrellas is built strong, yet aesthetic and will serve my purposes for a very long time. With the letter you sent along with the package you said that if I ever have a problem with the umbrella drop you a note on your customer service support line and you’ll send me another one!!!! I’m not writing you on your support line because there is anything wrong with my umbrella. I’m writing to say thank you!!!! I’m in Los Angeles where it truthfully only rains a few times a year, if that. We are a desert. However, over the last few days we’ve had a rain storm, pretty significant for this town. And my umbrella quit functioning. Of course I went to Amazon, I looked around and I found your Tumella and was instantly impressed by the video of the wind tunnel and the umbrella’s strength. Again, not that I need a heavy duty umbrella, it only rains a little in Los Angeles. But I was impressed with how far you went in trying to make a very good product. Something better, more durable, more reliable than the mass market. You wanted to be better than the rest for the sake of the customer!!! This stuck with me. So I purchased it. And by the time it arrived we were still experiencing rain and I got to use my Tumella to my sheer delight. It works perfectly. But all of the above is the lesser reason of why I am writing to you. The envelope you included with the umbrella was so fantastically cute and adorable, I was instantly compelled to write to you. The letter, the font used, the picture of the family, your story of how and why you made this product, was so over the top cute I was thrilled at your extreme desire to make your customer happy. And the fact you were willing to send me a new one if this one somehow stopped performing…just melted me!!!!! This is so very unique in the age of fast, disposable, low quality merchandise. Such a breath of fresh air from an a commercial or industrial viewpoint. I have no idea who you are and I am, of course a total stranger to you. But you, your story, your product, your ability to make a superior product over the rest of the market, and your letter including your beautiful photo of your 5 kids!!! (Are those really all yours???) touched my very heart in a way that has not been done in a long time. Especially by a mass marketed product. Thank you for your product. Thank you for your human touch. Thank you for being a cut above the rest. You are obviously very special. If you ever happen to travel to Los Angeles with your family, please call me so I can shake you hand. I hope you sell tons of your umbrellas. I will recommend you to everyone I see. Der Regenschirm ist wirklich hervorragend. Er ist sehr stabil und hält auch starkem Wind problemlos stand. Außerdem sieht er sehr elegant und hochwertig aus. Ich bin absolut zufrieden und kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen.
