I tried these at bedtime to relax and sleep through the night. They work for me! 2 gummies 30 minutes before bedtime and I sleep through feeling more rested upom waking. Good taste, no stomach upset, recommended!

Easily the best working magnesium gummies we've gotten so far. This is the fourth type we've tried & the only one that seemed to work. We are using these daily for sleep & take an hour before bedtime. The taste is fine & definitely better than others. Not too sticky & a little sweet.

I've been using this for 3 months now. Quality is great... I like that it has more than one type of magnesium as they help the body perform different functions. It's been working really well for me. Taste and texture are alright... not my most tasty gummy for the day but it's not bad or gross either. I had nutrient deficiency from a medication that made it difficult for me to eat, and I then suffered from a lot of weakness and under-par brain functioning. My doctor showed me how low some of my nutrient levels were, with magnesium being one of them. Thankfully I've quit the medication that suppressed my appetite... and although I don't always eat a whole lot of fruits and vegetables this magnesium gummy brought my magnesium levels back to a healthy spot. I'm back to having vitality.

Looking forward to seeing if there are positive health benefits from taking these gummies. Since I just started taking them, all I can say is they taste good with no after taste.

Nice taste

These gummies taste good, easy to chew. I haven't had leg cramps at night since taking this. Sleep hasn't really changed though.
