Great package deal bought at the beginning of June, which I set up abroad for my elderly parents. Once all was installed and set up, there were no issues for a week, but something went wrong with the hard drive. It kept on saying there was an error and would not record. It was still functioning and able to connect to the WiFi, which we can access remotely. I contacted the support team (Grace) and explained the issue. They were very understanding and immediately tried to rectify the issue. They went through all the troubleshooting process which was unsuccessful but they didn't stop there. They immediately dispatched a new hard drive and power supply, which I received soon as I arrived back to the UK. I will install the new hard drive when I return parents December. Overall happy with the item apart from the little issue which will be rectified. Thanks.

Bought quite a while ago in May 2018. It's the only one I've ever owned so nothing I can compare with. Price appears to have come down as I paid £209. One thing I don't like are the bullet cameras as the small screw that allow you to adjust the camera position to get the best view are a weak point and two of mine have failed. I think the picture quality is good both day and night. Lenses are wide angle so no chance of reading a number plate unless it is close to the camera and of course if the camera position higher up detail is lost. (the new cameras may be improved) I purchased a SANSCO 2MP HD CCTV Security Dome Camera (in 2018) and fitted it to the to one side of my front door and this gives a great view of people approaching the house. A few days ago I noticed that the hard drive packed up I suppose it's been going non-stop for over 5 years. I have bought a new hard drive Toshiba 2TB S300 Surveillance HDD - 3.5' SATA Internal Hard Drive Supports up to 64 HD cameras at a 180TB/Year workload (HDWT720UZSVA) from Amazon. Very easy to take the old one out and put the new one in. I am not an expert but the old HDD didn't specify it was a 'Surveillance' drive so possibly it was just a standard one for a computer. Apparently as the HDD is in constant use 24/7 the surveillance ones are built to a standard that can cope with this. The new one is silent compared to the old one which made a noise whilst writing to the disc.I would buy again but would get different cameras such as the dome ones and a one with a narrower field of view to give more detail. Overall pretty good and definitely an added deterrent to burglars.

Nice system, easy to install even for a novice like me 😁 all set up but had 1 faulty camera, spoke to grace from the firm that sold it, and no problem they are sending me another 5mp camera, very good value for money, definitely worth buying from this seller , picture of phone app and a picture of tv

I spent a great deal of time considering which CCTV system to buy to protect my house and garden with a limited budget of around £200 before finally deciding on the SANNCE.The system arrived very quickly and was extremely easy to set up - despite the instructions being a poor translation from the original Chinese. Essentially you plug in each camera cable directly into the hard drive and then plug in the hard drive to a power socket. The hard drive can then be connected with any monitor using a serial cable allowing you to view the recorded footage as well as plugging it into the LAN port of your wireless router which gives you the option of watching the live view on your smartphone or tablet using the free to download P2P App.The cameras seem good quality and include an integral IR LED lamp for night use.Daytime footage is very clear, full colour and stutter free. Night footage is limited by the power of the IR lamp which effectively illuminates around 30' from the camera however within this distance the resolution is pretty good and certainly one of the best that I've seen among domestic systems.Setting all four cameras to constant record at the highest resolution still gives around 15 days of recording time on the hard drive though obviously reducing the resolution or setting a channel to record only on motion activation would dramatically increase this.The system has various other features such as allowing an email alert to be sent when motion is detected however I've found that this is set off by rain and thus is not really practical if using the cameras outside. Finally the software included to convert the footage format from H.264 to MPEG is pretty poor but there are numerous other programs that do the job that can be downloaded from the internet.I have now had the system for around 5 months with the cameras all positioned outside in all weathers and the footage has been good enough to secure a prosecution at court as well as to prove the innocence of another individual for another incident.Just recently one of the cameras began to deteriorate until the IR failed completely. On inspection I found the casing had filled with water suggesting a leak in the seals which had destroyed the LEDs and internal wiring. I therefore checked the other three cameras and found that they all appeared unaffected suggesting that this was a single defective camera rather than an inherent defect. Nonetheless I contacted the seller through Amazon to let them know and was delighted when I received a replacement camera within three days of my email. Very impressive.In summary this system provides good - evidential - quality footage in both daylight and night conditions, is simple to set up and easy to use. When the excellent customer service is taken into consideration I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking to protect their homes or offices on a budget.

This is my first product review, it is genuine as I feel there are some pros and cons that need sharing about this product following my purchase early December.The product arrived on time and well packaged/protected.CamerasThe bullet cameras are sturdy and feel like they will weather well.There are two different lenses which I found adequate to provide a reasonable amount of surveillance around my property with a long drive and short view at the rear of the house.I was not impressed however with the RJ45 female connector at the end of the cameras end which is sealed and cannot be removed for the purpose of feeding through cavity walls. This means you have to drill about a 25 mm wide hole through the cavity wall to feed the huge connector through. This creates a second problem in that you cannot feed the cable directly behind the camera mount to hide the cabling as the holes to mount the camera are too close to the 25mm cable hole and it's a real pain to drill such big holes and then have to fill with cement again.Picture quality is very good, night vision is as expected it's OK and does the job for me and is as good as you get for this kind of money.DVRQuite impressed with this; the DVR is easy to use, I had all cameras working in about 10 minutes. Now there are a few things to watch out for...1. Once you have connected the cameras and they have been assigned IP's etc., the software finds it difficult to rename the channel or the camera; I would suggest that you keep the camera's connected to the initial Ethernet port on the box when you set-up for the first time. This can stop the setting of motion detection area from working, I found that if this happens you just need to keep rebooting the box until it works.2. SMTP forwarding was problematic, can't work out why but it feels like it may be due to my ISP or the email providers. Anyway, long story short, the only SMTP I could get to work was Yahoo using their plus SMTP server and ports (you don't need to have a yahoo plus account, standard account is fine).3. Software is generally easy to use once you have spent time rolling through each of the menus to understand the functions.4. I found the support very responsive and helpful, I used them twice and grateful for their assistance.Overall I am happy with the purchase, simple to install and get working with a bit of knowhow just a shame about the size of the holes I have had to drill through my new house!
