This is has sunflower oil and that alone is very inflammatory which is not good at all! I had to stop taking this pill. Wish I had look at the ingredients before buying.

This did what I wanted, it improved overall eyesight and close up eyesight as in looking at the cell phone, also contains krill oil for omega 3 fat absorption and a powerful antioxidant as well, also very fairly priced....would buy again.....
