Too good! Make sure to run a temperature tower to check for stringing!
This 0.4mm nozzle was a nice direct replacement upgrade for the brass ones that come stock on my Ender 3. I don't do too much printing but did notice at first after replacing that my print quality wasn't as good as before... I just figured I'd leave it up to "it's just the filament" and leave it be. Now here I am 7 months later and I just realized my problem. The Nozzle is TOO good at thermal conductivity. I ran a temp tower test on my filament (Elegoo PLA+) at the recommended temperatures (205-230), and I had stringing even 5C lower than it's supposed to be. So I did another test this time up to 20C lower. I found that the best temperature is actually about 17C lower than the minimum recommended on my filament. So with that done, my printer is putting out really good quality again, now with the peace of mind that my nozzle won't be wearing out anytime soon.

She ain't pretty now but worked well all year long. Would highly recommend.

Great replacement
This replacement solved my clogged nozzle issue and made my prints so much nicer very easy to install just dont forget to preheat the nozzle first

Make sure you have the right tools for the job
Its a good nozzle but make sure you have a 7mm socket or wrench. Found that out the hard way. If you don't have them you will run into leaks. Found that out the hard. Way but it's not a clogomatic. Clogs happen on all nozzles but it's a simple pokr with a needle or cold pull away from being fixed. Its more milinductive than straight solid steel it's essentially brass cased hardened steel.

Great nozzle for abrasive or sticky materials
Hardened and coated makes these a great nozzle for Carbon Fibre filaments. Compatible with a lot of printers.
