Product faulty
Very disappointed with the last 2 packs. They broke very easily. Have never had this problem before.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR MANY YEARS AND IS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER SINCE THE NEW PACKAGING CHANGED SOME 2 MONTHS AGO THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT HAS DETERIORATED. PREVIOULSY ONE GLIDE COULD BE USED OVER 2-3 DAYS AND A PACK OF 30 WOULD LAST ME ABOUT 2 MONTHS. NOW, I NEED TO USE 5-6 GLIDES PER DAY AS THE STRING KEEPS ON BREAKING. I USE THE GLIDES 2 TIMES PER DAY SO NOW A PCK OF 30 WILL ONLY LAST 3-4 DAYS. SOMETHING IS CLEARLY WRONG HERE.

Superior to other brands
Quality tooth picks. Had no trouble with them breaking. Tad expensive, but I find them superior to other brands.

Poor quality, break easily, better ones on the market.
Poor quality. I have been using these for years and with the last bag I received each one broke where the floss meets the plastic holder within 2-5 seconds of use. I emailed the selller Dental Direct UK / DWS Management Ltd to highlight the possibility of a bad batch but Amazon's systems (when amazon is not the seller) on this occasion were not easy to navigate ( I went round in circles by trying different options) and I am not sure if I will receive a response. It is a low value item so I am not taking it further. I am pleased to say I have found a much better item which is strong and I found it easier to use because handle is straight making it easier to hold and therefore manipulate. I will not be buying the glide oral b version any more. I have put the name of the one's I am now using below. Hygienist Recommended
Recommended by my hygienist, these are easy to use and gentle on the gums. They clean well but I still find they shred as I have tight gaps. They feel good quality compared to cheaper alternatives and I like that you can squeeze to adjust tensile. Also cheaper on Amazon than at the dentist. Overall a simple, effective floss pick for daily use.

What has happened to glide?? Have used these for years as they were an absolute must for morning routine and they did used to glide between teeth and 1 pick would last 3 days - the floss material has changed to a more waxy/plastic material which really doesn't glide, it is harder to get between teeth - I have used 2 from this order so far, 1st time the floss snapped second time it really frayed - PLEASE ORAL B go back to what material you had before, this is not much better then regular floss

Excellent Dental Floss Picks
I love these floss picks. I've ordered them before and will order them again. My teeth are close together and regular string or tape floss, waxed or unwaxed doesn't matter, always either catches or breaks. This floss doesn't break! Also, with the regular floss, I have to hold the floss so tight in order to get it through my teeth, that it digs into my fingers. With this product, I hold the base of the floss holder, and slip it between my teeth easily, it does it's job and my fingers are fine.

Much lower quality than when bought in UK
Materially lower quality than when ordering from London. Unclear if fake, a bad batch, or new inferior design. Break very easily and don’t glide well, contrary to the name.
