Great little product,I also have the Atari 50 anniversary edition.I did buy a Galaga edition and it didn’t work.Unfortunately I lost the receipt,etc..my bad,…2 out of 3 is good.X

Got this for my mom to play in her spare time she enjoys it so much great game great entertainment I will be buying more of these

I loved this Space Invaders arcade game (probably more than my grandson LOL) but it didn’t last long. It still works, but the thing starts firing and moving on its own and you can’t control it now for some reason. I will return it and see if I can get a replacement which hopefully won’t have this issue. It’s definitely fun, but we only got a little over a week’s use out of it before it malfunctioned.

Very unhappy with it my great-grandson was excited to get it and when he got it he couldn't work it I tried doing it with him just to show him how easy he would be but it wouldn't move for me either so I was like I was disappointed I kept the Pac-Man one but this one here I have to return cuz it didn't do what it's supposed to do supposed to be a shooting game for aliens or something no you get behind that little barricade that on the bottom and it kind of keeps you something there

Had no issue with this purchase. It came on time and I think it was a fair price.

Hallo liebe Leserinnen und Leser, liebe Mitnerds und Retrofreunde, ich stelle Ihnen hier den Space Invaders „MY ARCADE“ MICRO PLAYER PRO vor. Nachdem ich bereits meine Rezension über den Atari 50 verfasst hatte, war ich der Meinung, besser (im Sinne von unterhaltender) könne es nicht mehr werden. Tja, Irrtum. Der Hersteller hat offenbar so ein, zwei Lizenzen auf seiner Seite und legt nach: Pac-Man, Galaga/Galaxian uuund natürlich auch Space Invaders. In der Spielhalle sah das damals so aus, wie Galaga für Arme, ich liebte jedoch das einfache und gleichzeitig fordernde Spielprinzip. Kann man das auch in „Micro“? Man kann! An dieser Stelle jedoch wieder die unvermeidliche Warnung: Greifen Sie nicht zur „Nano“-Ausgabe, die ist (zu) klein, ungenau und weniger hochwertig verarbeitet. Die paar Euro Ersparnis sind diesen Qualitätsverlust nicht wert. Zur Illustration habe ich ein Bild mit Größenvergleich beigefügt. Jetzt endlich zum Thema: Space Invaders von MyArcade als Micro Player Pro ist eine Reise in die Späten 70er Jahre. Der „Automat“ sieht dem großen Vorbild sehr ähnlich, und die Verarbeitung (besonders die (wenigen) Tasten) ist hochwertig, keine Gummiknöpfe oder ähnliche Sauereien wie bei den Nano-Geräten. Sogar an Anti-Rutsch-Gummis am Boden wurde gedacht (gibt's bei den Nanos nicht!). Das Display ist gestochen scharf, und die Reaktionszeit ist absolut vorbildlich. Der Sound ist… so wie früher eben… also… er ist… da! Für Vollmasos gibt es sogar ein Kopfhöherbuchse, ich finde die Lautstärkeregelung hingegen eher sinnvoll. Besonders die (-) Taste!  Der Joystick geht nur nach Links und Rechts, so wie es sich gehört, und es gibt sogar eine Taste zum „Geldeinwerfen“ und eine Ein- oder Zweispielerwahl. Kurz und gut: von der Verpackung (Nostalgiekeule pur) über die Verarbeitung bis zum Spielspaß: Klare fünf Sterne für „Kinder ab 49“! LLAP Lebt lang und in Frieden!
