I love this journal. It's my first dot journal. I use it every morning for my Bible journaling. I would recommend a 0.5mm or slightly smaller. Be cautious with highlighting, as every highlighter I have tried has smeared my pen makes. No bleeding. Easy to flip open and it lays flat. Good amount of pages. My church gives out little pamflit sort of things and they fit almost perfectly on the pages, so I can slip those right in there. Looks and feels nice. Would definitely buy again!

Arrived on time in perfect condition. Just as described: smooth, lovely cover; smooth paper, just the right weight, light grid that helps with positioning but doesn’t interfere with drawing or writing; helpful ribbon page markers; handy pocket inside back cover. This is such a solid high quality journal, especially for the price! It is sturdy, a great color, and the pages hold up very nicely. I love the size and how smooth the pages are. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I use it as my everyday journal. I like writing tiny in my journals so the blank pages is perfect for small compact writing vs having lined paper. I feel like I use up more of the page this way. The paper thickness itself is great as it doesn’t bleed through and it feels nice. Probably could be a great sketch notebook too.

This is a really nice journal. Paper is awesome quality and takes different pen types very well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that unlike other similar journals, this brand does not have set pages for a table of contents/index. However, the journal is a good price and I will be buying more.

Bought a blank one intending to use it as a bullet journal—and so far it's met and/or exceeded all of my expectations. Paper's got a respectable amount of tooth (while still being smooth to write on), the sheets lie nice and flat, and writing on both sides of the paper (with a mechanical pencil) has worked out fine and dandy. I appreciate the built-in bookmark ribbons, along with the back folder and the pen holder. After several months of use, the leather cover's got a few minor dents from being squeezed into my backpack and/or jostled around, but there's no ripping or warping going on. I'm very happy with this journal as a more budget-friendly alternative to my previous similarly-sized Moleskine; will likely buy another when this current one's all filled out.

I ordered this blank notebook and a blank Paperage brand notebook from Amazon, this notebook was WAY nicer! It came with journaling stencils in the back pocket (the Paperage one just came with 4 lined note stickers) it also has two ribbons for you to mark pages with, it has more pages than the Paperage book, the cover is heavier and more durable than the Paperage one, and the pages themselves I would say are slightly thicker than the Paperage one. If you're debating getting this one or that one, GET THIS NOTEBOOK.

me serviu muito bem, único problema é que a gramatura do papel não suporta marca texto, ele não chega a manchar a próxima folha, mas dá pra ver nitidamente atrás da mesma.

Melhor caderno para Bullet que já comprei! Tem uma construção em material de qualidade; páginas suficientes para abranger um ano todo (seguindo o método de Ryder); local para afixar caneta/lápis e marcadores.
