I discovered portable monitors while looking for a smaller high res second display to mount below my monitor for productivity. Im a bit of a perfectionist so wanted high refresh rate too, just to satisfy me when moving windows between the two monitors. I came accross this monitor after buying a cheaper portable monitor from another brand and returning it after realising all the specs it claimed were false. The UPERFECT is, well, perfect. Really nice and bright IPS screen with very good viewing angels. Lightweight case, vivid colours and actually does the claimed 144hz. But what really blew me away is the 2K resolution at 2560x1440 pixels. The level of detail and clarity it offers is just jaw-dropping. It's a significant upgrade from your standard Full HD, and it genuinely enhances the visual experience. The 16.1-inch IPS display is another win, delivering vibrant colors and excellent viewing angles thanks to its IPS tech. It's not just for gaming; it's a display that makes all your content look fantastic. The matte coating on the monitor is a nice touch. It's not as prone to fingerprints and dust as a glossy screen, and it cuts down on annoying reflections and glare. I really only purchased this to be a very compact second monitor but I have found myself using it for more than its original purpose. I travel a bit for work and this monitor has been great for plugging my iPhone 15 into via USB C for watching netflix, playing games or even working using a bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Its a great versatile little monitor, with mini HDMI and Type-C ports, it can serve as a second screen for gaming, giving you that extra visual real estate. It's not just about gaming, though – it's fantastic for multitasking and boosting productivity, too. The monitor includes all the cables you'd need, a USB C power brick and a travel case. Overall I would say for the price this is a great option and definatley worth consideration.

Strong build quality and very lightweight, it's easy to put in a backpack for its size and the cover doubles as a screen protector. I use it for the steam deck, as it can charge it though the screen meaning I only use one port. The screen quality is good to with sharp images. Only downside is the build in stand/cover as you have preset angles, and it means it sticks out with the unused part of the cover. Also no parts to hold onto a mount. But overall its really good, if you have your own stand its excellent.

Amazing picture quality and colours next to my Macbook pro 15 retina screen. It works amazingly well at 2560 x1440 resolution which is very high for this physical size of the screen. perhaps a little too high for my eyesight (I use 1728x1117 on my Macbook pro) so at this resolution i find it hard to see text. Running at lower resolutions though the edges look slightly blurred and feathered, perhaps because not running at its native resolution. Also it was strange that my Macbook doesn't pick up the max resolution unless you go into the advanced configuration (perhaps just a Apple driver issue)

Monitor works great and performs exactly as described. Lovely clear picture and versatile. Easy to carry around in a work bag. My device has a small defect in that the 'power button' arrived recessed into the frame. This doesn't impact performance or use as the monitor automatically turns on once an input signal is received, and automatically enters standby / off once the signal (input device) has been unplugged. Due to the recessed button, I contacted customer services to discuss options, they were extremely helpful and friendly - offering a partial refund due to the defect. I felt this was fair and was left pressed with the ease of conversation with the customer service team, specifically a rep named Anna. Great monitor for my needs, great customer support, would recommend!

The monitor itself was okay. I had a lot of problems with it out of the box though. It would randomly turn off during games, and I wasn’t sure why. After some research, I learned it was because of low power mode, so I turned that off. It didn’t stop the screen from randomly turning off, but it did happen less frequently. It also got really hot after 15 minutes of gaming, which is when I decided to return it. The build quality is also poor, it felt like it would break easily and i was afraid of even trying to travel with it.

Perfect for my needs as had a small desk but wanted a high resolution extra screen. Great picture very easy plug and play as expected. Only issue is it's mini HDMI and the supplied cables are assuming you are hooking up to a laptop literally next to the screen so had to source longer alternatives. I use in vertical orientation with the supplied stand and don't have an issue with stability, but it's vesa mountable if you have the space anyway.

I have been using this external monitor for the past few weeks. Setup was instant, it needed very little calibration out of the box to get colours and refresh rates matching my main screen. It is extremely portable, comes with a cover that doubles as a stand and can run at 144hz from a single USB-C. I reached out to their customer care about linking the monitor to an iPad and Anna was extremely helpful and responded quickly each time. 5* for her. So far I have no complaints - solid quality, stylish and easily portable at a price that doesn’t break the bank.

It worked for two weeks, and then the connection with my laptop became very dodgy all of a sudden. The monitor kept on disconnecting itself from my laptop. I tried all the cables it provided in the box but none of them helped the situation. I later bought a cable from Anker (which supported visual transmission) and it didn’t stop the monitor from connecting-and-disconnecting. I returned the monitor because there’s nothing else I can do with it since it’s not the cables but the cable ports that were broken. I should have just ignore the price and mobility and bought a proper monitor instead. But otherwise, the monitor delivers clear and vivid image as it said. I only used as an extension for my laptop so I cannot say for gaming. However, it is annoying that you have to adjust the brightness of the screen every time you use it.
