I LOVE this bread machine. It is incredibly easy to use, surprisingly quiet while it’s running, and has made homemade bread so much more convenient as a busy mom. One of my favorite features is the Leaven Bread function. I can let the machine do MOST of the hard work mixing, kneading, and preparing the dough, then take it out, shape it, and bake it in the oven. I’ve used it this way for cinnamon rolls, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, and more. It’s so versatile. I’ve also had great results making sandwich bread, French bread, brioche, and Italian bread right in the machine from start to finish. Everything has turned out consistently well, and the machine is extremely user-friendly and practically fail-proof. I love that it has a ceramic bread pan. That was a big selling point for me because I prefer ceramic coatings over some of the more toxic traditional nonstick materials used in other bread machines. It’s much quieter than I expected, which is a huge plus since I use it so often. And it’s beautiful sitting on my counter. The color and overall design are such a great choice and look much nicer than a typical kitchen appliance. As far as recipes, I just search on Pinterest for any bread maker/bread machine recipes. You won’t regret it!! Well worth the money.

That was one of the primary reasons I purchased the KBS MBF-012. My very first project was not a simple white loaf. I challenged the machine with one of the most difficult breads to make—a traditional high-rye bread loaded with seeds and nuts. The result exceeded my expectations. I have been making bread using bread machines for a number of years. Although I have used another brand as well as an older KBS model, I recently ordered and received the new KBS MBF-012 with the graphic interface. I thought that my first loaf with the new machine should be one that posed a challenge to my other brand; cinnamon raisin sweet bread. The other brand never seemed to produce a uniform crust and the bread loaf would be unevenly baked inside. Although my older KBS did solve the problem (by producing an evenly baked loaf with a uniform light crust), I thought that I would try the same recipe with the new MBF-012. The MBF-012, true to my KBS experience, produced a beautiful even light crust, even dispersal of the raisins, and uniform baking (see photos). Unlike the other brand, with the MBF-012, I was able to use the fruit and nut dispenser for the raisins which made the process so much easier (I didn't have to wait for a beep mid-cycle to add the raisins). I found that the graphic interface, although not adding to the bread quality, did make the machine easier to use and more full-proof (easier to check my settings and progress). The primary reason that I migrated to KBS was to avoid using a bread machine with a PFOA bread pan; the KBS ceramic pan was a major attraction. However, upon using the KBS bread machines, I have found them to be very well-built, relatively quieter, and, most importantly, produce perfect bread. As a side note, I previously have had a problem with an order due to Amazon and, after contacting KBS customer service, KBS immediately resolved the problem. Summary: great bread machine, easy to use, and great customer service. Couldn't ask for more. A+++

Appearance: Sleek white stainless-steel body with a glass color touchscreen which looks a lot more premium than I expected for the price. :) Fits nicely on the counter without looking like a giant appliance. The Recipe Book: It comes with a colorful recipe booklet covering everything from basic white bread to sourdough, whole wheat, and even jam and yogurt. Instructions are clear and easy to follow for a first-timer. My Bread Results: My first loaf (milk bread setting) came out with a golden, slightly crispy crust and a soft, fluffy inside which genuinely tasted bakery-quality. It didn't rise too much but that was also because I was recording a video and opening the door multiple times. I have to say though, it tasted great in the end. :D Value for money: You get the machine, ceramic pan, 2 kneading paddles, automatic nut/fruit dispenser, measuring cup and spoon, and the recipe book plus manual and quick start guide. With 20 programs built in, it easily replaces a stand mixer, dough maker, and yogurt maker which I can't wait to check out. Cleaning: The ceramic pan is non-stick and wipes down easily. My only gripe is that the kneading paddle can be a little stubborn to remove from the pan if you forget to pull it out before the 1st fermentation process, so I'd recommend doing that. If you forget, it's ok, the easiest way that I was able to get it off was to hold onto the bottom with some pliers and then wiggle the handle back and forth until it comes off. Bottom line: Perfect for beginners who want real homemade bread without the guesswork. Highly recommend.

I love bread! So anything that can make my obsession easier is a great thing! :) This bread maker absolutely wonderful and is a fantastic upgrade to an already incredible bread machine brand. I have had a KBS Premium 2.0LB bread maker for a while now and have LOVED using it. I get consistent bread every time and it has the ability to make so many different varieties. So when I found out that KBS had a new model, I had to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The KBS 2.2LB Smart Bread Maker is wonderful! It has the same durability and ease of use as the previous model with the added benefit of an easy to use touch screen. And if you are someone like me, who loves to experiment with mix time, rise time, bake time, etc... the new custom and super custom modes have you covered. All in all, the KBS 2.2LBS Smart Bread Maker is a great choice if you are looking to start using a bread maker, or looking to upgrade. And as always, I have to brag on the KBS customer service team. They have helped me many times as I was learning my new machine. Always quick to respond and patient with my silly questions.

This bread machine is easy to use. I love the screen on it. I love making bread using a bread machine it’s so easy. The bread machine bakes the bread so the whole house smells like fresh bread. Bread quality really depends on recipe. The machines bakes it evenly. I do believe it Is over priced. This machine makes a loud scraping noise. I tried uploading a video 4 times but it won’t upload. It is like a screaching noise. I’ve learned to live with it but for the money I would try the 17 in one machine. I’ve heard good stuff about that one as well.

Lo bueno , la cerámica es más saludable , no tóxico , fuera de mi vida el antiadherente desde hace tiempo solo cocino con acero inoxidable y fue la mejor que encontré en el mercado , sus piezas las puedo conseguir y es muy duradera esta marca comparado con otras y le pregunté a la inteligencia artificial y me dijo q Kbs es de las mejores y fácil de operar y durable , su doble resistencia me convenció para que se cocine mejor , lo único malo que le encontré fue su recetario está complicado pues no me agradaron ni guna receta siento que no están bien las porciones y los panes que salen de esas recetas tan con picadas de conseguir y poco sanas puesto q comprar gluten y como xantana no me agrada , pues no sé esponajan los panes , cero para las recetas , tuve que buscar grupos de facebook de España y en tik Tok me encuentro recetas maravillosas y así si sale mi pan ese vídeo es de una receta de tik tok q la ajuste a modo 1 pan blando y salió estupenda ! Cambien ese recetario por favor y así venderán más y que les cuesta tenerlo en PDF mínimo para poderlo traducir. ! Al idioma q sea así venderán más sean más listos por favor ! Ya deben de modernizarse
