[Handle] The handle is good quality feeling stainless steel. The knurling is nice and even on it, and gives you good grip and control. It weighs around 19 grams (with the mirror) making it easy to hold. I love how the handle is thinner at the top, which helps with fine movements such as turning the mirror, as your fingers can touch while still holding it firmly. [Mirror] The mirror head does have some level of anti fogging, but it's not going to completely stop fogging. You can get food safe solutions for this, but if it's for use with a friend or family member, ask them to lick the mirror first, the saliva will completely stop the fogging. You should really be cleaning it after use either way, and luckily the mirror is easy to clean after use. The included head is a No. 5, so it's 20mm in diameter, which is the size of a 1p coin. [Price] I am not a dentist, so no clue what these normally cost off of Amazon, but the price is good for Amazon. These sort of products are usually at least 2x the price, and I think you'll struggle to get better unless you go straight to a supplier. [My use case] Since I got this to monitor oral health between dentist visits, I've strapped a cheap (and clean) wifi ear inspection camera to it. This allows me to monitor my own oral health. I did have to bend the mirror head slightly to get it to line up, but it works great.
