Love the mop cleans great, sadly I’m struggling with the spray. It definitely matters the angle of the handle. I only noticed this later when i noticed i probably sprayed the cabinets more than the floor. Learning curve I guess…

I'll be honest. I was really leery about getting this mop when our old Swiffer Wet Jet sprayer motor took a dump on us. I wanted something that didn't need batteries and after readying a lot of reviews, I took a chance on this unit. So far... VERY HAPPY. Pleasantly so. This thing is lightweight and maneuvers every bit as easily as the old Wet Jet but costs less, plus ...no more messing with dead batteries & replacements. What I really like is how wide this mop is compared to the WJ. It's about a 1/3 wider mop head, so you get more cleaned, faster. The mop heads pick up dust, dirt & grime great, and pop on & off easily to clean (washer friendly) - you get 2 mop heads, plus a kind of duster head, too. And a cleaning tool to comb gunk out of the mop heads. The container for the cleaner is like a bottle of soap.. You can add whatever you want, instead of screwing around with buying their pricey solutions. A quick check online reveals a wealth of cheap, effective homemade cleansing solutions you can whip up yourself to clean just about everything under the sun - a a fraction of the cost of store bought chemical junk. Also, the liquid container is see-though, which makes keeping an eye on cleanser levels a breeze. The whole mop assembly snapped together (with a bit of force) and has been holding up great. Wife really likes this and, surprisingly, so do I. Doesn't exactly make moping & dusting "fun", but it does do the job faster, which means you get to do the real fun stuff sooner. LOL.

I like this mop. Out the gate. It’s easy to put together and use immediately. I keep a pad on it prepared for spills and let it dry since I’m only using water in it. I put cleaner on the floor itself and spray water to add. It makes it easy to handle and maintain the floor with the wide mat head it’s quicker than a swifer. I like not having to purchase more I guess maxi pads for the swifer. Super toxic to think of all those in the landfill when a more economical choice was available. I got these to wipe down the walls in the bathroom and reach high while dispensing cleaner where I couldn’t reach. It cleaned easily I did all the cabinets before moving to the floor. It’s not regular cleaning but also something I haven’t thought to do with other mops for fear of scratching the paint or using a chemical that’s not for that. Having the choice of cleaner is a bonus and the large container means I finished the job without having to stop and regroup. I feel like having things like this that are easier in a roommate, professional or kid setting encourages others to help maintain the cleanliness of the space. So this gets an a+ and far as ease n fun since the kid decided to get in on it. Works for me. I’ll be using it to do the windows with windex next. So overall I think I’ve gotten my moneys worth and knowing I can clean the mats <3. Aka I can clean however I want n use what I want. Aces

It's a floor mop, and there's no great technology involved with this one. As long as the nozzle presses down, the bottle doesn't leak, and the nozzle isn't clogged.... I'm happy. This product has no problems with any of these issues. It works as advertised. Pros: -It's light weight -The bottle seems large enough for me to clean my home, which has a lot of floor. You don't want the bottle too large either because it'll be heavier, and the solution will have to sit in the canister for a long time. -I can fill the bottle with whatever cleaner I like, or my own concoction (non-caustic more natural items) -The spray works great - Makes it easy to wipe my floors without having to get a bucket, lots of water, drag the bucket around, make a wet mess.... -I don't finish the whole bottle of solution in one go. I use it here and there all day long without emptying the canister. So far, nothing has gone wrong with the seal and I've done this for a month already. -I love that it comes with multiple pads so I can wash one and use one -Better price point than the name brands. And this one just works. Cons: -None -Can't deep clean with it because it's not a steam cleaner.... -Pretty much know what you're buying before you buy it. -We all wish we had one appliance to rule them all, but unfortunately, everything has its limitations, even the fancy Tineco vacuum mops. I've tried that too, but for surface area I need to cover, I'm always running out of solution or dumping the dirty canister because it's full. It was more running around than it was worth. So I bought this low tech solution and it's been way better for my situation. -Bottom line, this is a mop. It's good for top surface cleaning of your hard floors, and that's it. It won't clean out things that have seeped into grout. It won't deep clean, here's no heating element involved at all. -And since it's pretty much a mop, you'll have to sweep or vacuum all the dry particles off your floor first before you use this device. I hope all of this is helpful in your choice. FYI, I'm not getting paid by the company at all, but so far I like this device, it just works.

First off, I'm tired of buying Swiffer Wet Jets that have an amazingly short life span, and the cleaning fluid takes a bank loan to be able to buy a couple of bottles of it. Just exaggerating of course, but it IS expensive. So, I thought I'd give this mop a try. It does an excellent job on the floors and for that reason, I don't plan to return the one I bought (though it WAS briefly under consideration). Here are the 2 issues I have with this mop: 1. The fluid bottle is difficult to remove for refilling. I'm 73 and my hands just aren't strong enough to get the bottle out without a good, strong tug. I may try a bit of lubrication on the bottle to make that easier. 2. I'm a vigorous mopper and I notice that when I push the mop forward, even without touching the "squeeze handle", a small amount of the cleaning liquid escapes the "sprayer" at the tip of the mop and lands on the floor. This I find a bit annoying but a gentle push of the mop on the floor soaks the drips up easily. So, I like the mop, but I guess I need some training from the mop gods to learn how to use this mop without the little complications I have encountered. Like I said earlier, I definitely like the mop, but the little quirks make it just a tad disappointing. Would I buy another? Well, maybe I'd try a different brand next time but this one is OK for me now. Maybe it has tiny defects in manufacturing, but I won't return it. Don't need the hassle. Oh...follow up point. I forgot to mention that the spray function is generous and covers a wide area. This is very practical and definitely a bit of a time saver.

I appreciate being able to use my own cleaner and to wash and reuse the mops. It isn’t the sturdiest, but what I expected at this price point. On first use I noticed that the bottle pops up a little from time to time causing the sprayer not to work, but I just push it back in and am back to mopping. Hopefully that will continue to be a workaround. Not an issue worth returning it for so far.

So far I have used the product twice and is a great mop. Its light and easy to store away. Really comes in handy for quick clean ups and saves me the trouble of using the bucket of water for that would be used for heavy duty cleaning. Please with the product
