Great value box

Great enclosure box for my new electric shower RCBO. It's big enough for all the wires to fit without compressing anything. It's made of good plastic and I like the fact the door cover is easy to open.

Is doing the job

Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with this enclosure. The plastic feels very soft and flimsy, and some of the terminals and fittings are not particularly precise. Bar for erth and neutral I must fit on bottom because dont hold in upper bracket. There is also surprisingly little room inside for cable management, which makes installation more difficult than it should be. The enclosure itself tends to flex and twist when tightening it during installation. The DIN rail also didn’t sit completely straight, which meant I had to modify the openings in the cover to get the breakers to fit properly. These issues made what should have been a relatively simple installation unnecessarily awkward. The overall construction and fit could be much better. It may be acceptable for a very basic installation, but based on my experience I would choose a better-quality enclosure next time. I wouldn’t buy this one again.

Perfect little single use box.

I personally wouldn't install electrics like this somewhere where there would be excessive rain/wind, the waterproofing of the unit seems consistent with other units I have used. The unit comes with 3 DIN areas open, and the rail fitted to the rear. I did find that the junction/choc block didn't go all the way to the rear as expected, however there was just about enough clearance to the front of the unit so long as the cables used are not too thick. One thing to be aware of, a bit of a shame IMO, is that there are only two rubber grommets supplied. So only 1 cable in 1 cable out unless you purchase/source another rubber grommet. It is the minimum viable, so I can't complain too much, but I would think most people putting in a junction box, would need 3.

durchdachtes Design. etwas größer als Vergleichsprodukte, damit geht es dann aber auch nicht so eng im Gehäuse zu. Die mitgelieferten Kabeldurchführungen sind von der Ausführung her gut, aber aber die gelieferten Größen sind etwas eigenartig. Sehr viele Durchführungen für dünne Kabel und nur einer für ganz dicke Kabel und zwei für etwas dickere. Auf jeden fall kaufe ich noch einen weiteren.
