Reminds me of home!
Love the flavor and reminds of home in Sevilla! A bit pricey though. Used it to make a Potaje de Chicharos (estilo de Sevilla)...yummy!

Great taste, really small
Ok, so this is a tasty Morcilla, However it is really small format and overall size for the price you pay. The product is good other than that.

Not bad, may buy again, but not sure.
This was my first time buying and trying blood sausage (black pudding ) ever!, it got to me fairly quick which was great!! And also smelled good kind of smokey, and well seasoned but I call the uncooked description into question because Google says raw blood sausage is supposed to be reddish brown in color and what I received was no less than completely black the description that was given if your sausage was precooked it was also kind of hard not firm but hard. Didn't taste bad though given the blood adds something extra to the taste palate of the meat, not unwelcoming just different.

Muy buena para la fabada Asturiana que hice con otros ingredientes que recomendado también de Amazon. Solo Una morcilla por fabada para 4 personas.
