Does this product have a shelf life?

I’ve had this patch kit for about 10 years. It still works just as good as the day I bought it! Just patched my wife’s front tire and is working great. Only came upon this because I’m going to buy another kit for the next 10 years. Outstanding product IMHO.

Do these create a permanent repair like repairing with the cold-vulcanizing patches with rubber cement do?

I used this to repair my air mattress 2 months ago. The patch is still holding air. Been camping twice now. I patched up my tire for my wheel barrow. It is still full of air. This is a permanent repair. Great patches.
