I went from a 50 cfm fan to a 110 cfm fan and it works a lot better. It doesn't seem any louder than the 50 cfm fan. Love it!

Don’t waste your money, just get something better. We’ve had these for 4 months and they’ve never worked (even slightly) well. We are getting both of them changed out.

This went in easily. I expected to need a 4-to-3 inch adapter, but nope. Hooked right up. We can barely tell that it is on , but it does a great job of removing bad air.

But for those looking for a straightforward, easy-to-install option, you might want to consider alternatives or professional installation.
