Absolute bullcrap. Recieved 2 used stones. No way to contact seller. Its just return or replace. Threw the 2 used ones away... I am pretty upset. I dont need another head ache so just going to order more elsewhere. I will never buy another gte product ever again. I use these almost everyday, and just really wanted some new stones.. so lame. If you recieve used stone throw away immediately, you have no idea what they were testing.

These didn’t work at all. Had to go back to my broken one. The fluid soak into the stone/glass and the silver doesn’t show up. I tried several pieces of jewelry. We need this for our job and if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t do the job.
