This is one of the only cuffs that is actually XL. I got a monitor years ago that after 3 years failed to work and kept giving error codes. I didn't know that cuffs wear out and cause that problem. I found this cuff which is the size I actuall need and wisely saved the connector from the original cuff that worked with the bp unit. This cuff is inexpensive but well made so it provides reliable readings and should last for a good while. It comes with 6 variety connectors so the cuff can work with almost any unit. When this one wears out, I'll reorder this very one again.

Excellent quality and a good fit for my BP unit.

Received this cuff today as a replacement for the original one on my Omron 7150 monitor which had been showing a lot of E1 errors of late. It fits the monitor very well with the large blue attachment tip included with the cuff. (A total of 6 are included.) This cuff appears to be of good quality albeit of lighter weight than the original, which is fine with me. It is comfortable and easy to apply while the original Omron cuff was a bit stiff, possibly from aging. I've only used this one once so far but it worked smoothly and seems to be pretty accurate. I awarded only 4 stars because I have no way of discerning its longevity at this time.

Perfect size

Bought this for my 91yo aunt because she has super tiny arms. The extra small cuff fits nicely, but would not work with omron nor AND BP monitors. Just kept getting an error message. Had to return.

My sister was very happy with it.
