HORRIBLE instructions and Ratchet Strap Broke
So far we are on day 5 of attempting to put this Zipline together. We would send it back but the kids REALLY want it. The instructions are the worst and don't even include all of the pieces in the set. It's like reading a foreign language you don't understand!!! On top of it all, yesterday the ratchet strap included in the set broke while trying to tension it. Now, we have to blow more money on a cable grab and a come along! We're frustrated and about done with this set!

Lots of fun, terrible installation instructions
Don’t believe the reviews that say “easy installation”, those are far from accurate. They’re not from verified purchasers. I bought and installed this item so I’m speaking from experience. The actual installation isn’t hard but the instructions with drawings are terrible. It actually shows an installation that isn’t possible. The instructions being lacking will lead to unsafe installation no doubt. Be careful! This easily could have been 5 stars with adequate installation directions.

Looks like quality but the instructions are horrendous
I am trying to figure out how to install - shockingly poor instructions but the kit looks good if i can get it assembled i will let everyone know how it holds up.

Not very good for what it is
Would not buy again was trying to tighten it and the rachet broke. Would not buy the 200' line

Seat does not support up to 450 lbs as claimed!
This zipline seat is rated for up to 450 lbs. Luckily, my husband (weighing 165 lbs) tried it before our grandkids. The bottom blew out with the first run and sent him crashing to the ground! A knot at the bottom secures the seat, which is hollow core, and only one layer of plastic. There is no washer, which might have helped, but the rope tore through the plastic. We will be looking for a solid seat, as we don’t want a trip to the emergency room!

Installation instructions are very poorly made. We need DETAILED, STEP BY STEP, INSTALLATION instructions. Please, send them ASAP
