Easier than doing the old fashioned way of boiling seeds and seeping it for 10-15 minutes especially if you are on-the-go. It’s the same thing using real fenugreek. I love it

Fennel is anti-inflammatory. I toss one bag along with a bag of barley tea into my 64-ounce teapot, and hydrate with it all day. It has a very nice, mild fennel flavor and does not mess with blood pressure the way licorice does. The pricing is reasonable.

I ordered the tea to help with blood sugar, we'll see overtime if it does anything for that. There is no caffeine, but it is a strong flavored tea, but I like the stronger flavor. there is a hint of molasses to it. There is a long brew time of 10 - 15 minutes, not really an issue. It was delivered in a timely manner and arrived as advertised. The only complaint I have is the string on the bag is a bit short and pulls the tag into the mug. But that is really nit picking. Over all it is good and I will order it again.
