I kept having trouble with belly rings falling out so I bought this as it looked like it would be very secure and it really is! It has not fallen out or come loose and it's very comfortable under clothing. It doesn't get caught on everything like a traditional belly ring would. I definitely recommend this!

High waisted pants approved
