Not bad for the price
not bad...only thing is the mouse turns off after just a few minutes of being idle. Still happy with both items and highly recommend

Love this keyboard & wireless mouse so much! Itโs so smooth to type on super lightweight but great quality. 10/10

Instructions need improving.
I only gave it a 4 because the instructions are not given for new use. The instructions only cover repairing. First you need to know that the usb receiver is inside the mouse, it is labeled receiver and needs to be pulled out of the mouse. There are no instructions of what to do next either. I got the keyboard working but not the mouse. I needed to turn it on. Duh! Once this was done it was attached as well. Otherwise, I am happy with the product. I love the various functions on the mouse.

Great Customer Service
I would like to share my story - I purchased this keyboard & mouse combo this past April - recently it started to fail, multiple keys wouldn't work anymore. I sent an email to the customer service email provided and received an almost immediate response and a few days later a new keyboard to replace the one that checked out. Great customer service and I really appreciate how fast things were taken care of.

Easy to hook up and comfortable keyboard.
Plug the receiver in an USB port and start using it.

Beware, Poor quality
all equipment worked fine for a few months. When the first battery replacement was necessary in the mouse it would no longer work. Tried multiple batteries and those that were functioning in a different mouse but nothing would get this mouse to work again. The keys on the keyboard have become increasingly less responsive and either do not record the key strike or record multiple strikes of the same key. Has become extremely frustrating.

You get what you pay for.
Remember the old saying "you get what you pay for", well the saying is true for this keyboard. After having a Logitech keyboard, this keyboard is a poor substitute. Yes, it is less expensive but the keys are smaller and the touch is "off". This is a good keyboard for students or first-time users.

The keyboard had a lot of lag compared to a wired keyboard. The mouse was OK but also suffered from lag.
