This is a great product ( albeit rather expensive) if you are trying to loose weight. Coffee, even decaf, is a good appetite suppressant for me, so every time I feel hungry I have a cup, so this product keeps the calories down at the same time it feels luxurious!

Bought as a substitute for thr individual pots of coffee creamer ( currently unavailable). It's nearly a great replacement, but not quite as creamy - unless you add more- which ups the calories!It's my second jar, so must be okay!
