Read the ingredients on the back of the bottle and do research
The posts above are incorrect please look up each individual ingredient. It's Astragalus. Please know your ingredients and side effects. There is no ashwaganda in this what so ever. I'll see after using it before I rate it. I only gave it a 1 star because I just received it. I'll get back to you after two bottles.
