Fantastic Fountain Pen
I haven't used it extensively, but In the short time I've owned the Asvine V126, I've enjoyed using it very much. Of course I put a green ink into a Transparent Green Pen, and I picked up J. Herbin Vert de Gris—a lovely ink and it flows flawlessly from the Asvine's stainless steel, surprisingly bouncy nib. I bought the Fine nib and it's a smooth writer with a little flex to it, and the feed is juicy enough to cope with laying down a nice amount of ink to show of the shading of the ink I chose without skipping, and not once has this pen failed to start first time even after more than a few days idle.I really can't recommend this pen highly enough, especially if you've been looking at the V800 as well and consider it to be a bit too girthy—the V126 seems identical but slimmer and possessing a #6 Nib instead of the whopping #8.

Not sure on this one
I collect (and use) fountain pens. I have a few Asvine models and always fine them extremely well made and easy to use. However, this one I have found a little difficult to get used to. It writes ok and is a nice looking pen. I find it hard to pinpoint what I find disappointing with the V126, but, it isn't my favorite Asvine. Possibly it's just the pen I received, but, there are better models from this manufacturer in my opinion.EDIT 19/10/25:I’ve been using this fountain pen for a while now and am finding I’m really starting to fully enjoy it now. I’ve restored my rating to 5 stars as this is actually a very good pen. I would now highly recommend it as an inexpensive but excellent pen.

Nice writer but build quality not the greatest
This pen has a lovely nib and wrote well out of the box, but the thread for the cap is not great, I find it misses connecting and sticks quite often, I think the machining of the threads eas off.Not bad enough to reject the pen but a lot little disappointing.

A reliable pen, my personal favourite
The Asvine V126 fountain pen is a pen that I bought for sketching. It has a frosted transparent body that shows the ink level and the mechanism inside. It has a vacuum filling system that draws ink from the bottle and holds a lot of ink. It has an extra fine nib that is smooth and good for sketching, but it has no line variation. It writes well on different papers, but it may leak or burp sometimes. It has a screw-on cap and a clip that are secure and functional. It has a comfortable weight and balance that feels good in the hand. It writes first time every time without any hard start or skipping. I give this pen five out of five stars and I would recommend it to anyone who likes transparent and reliable pens.

Asvine V126 Stub Nib Review
Very nice pen to use. Bit finicky trying to get a full tank of ink, but it shouldn't put you off! Draws very well and better than most at this price point.

Zero stars, regrettably, is not an option
I ordered this pen in January and it does seem like a classic case of 'you get what you pay for'. Except, of course, that I have other cheap(er) and cheerful demonstrator pens which work like a dream. So, value for money is really non-existent here. You'd be better off lighting some pounds on fire, which would at least provide a minute or two's amusement. The nib cannot be replaced, the ink flow is horrific, and there is no customer service available whatsoever from the company. I've tried contacting them to no avail. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

A vacuum filler thats cheap with great performance.
A quality product, a clone done to a high standard. If you cannot afford to pay for a high quality Japanese pen with a gold nib, then this pen with a steel medium nib is a surprisingly good little pen. So far it has written smoothly out of the box, hasn't required any minor tuning, and with what I consider is just the right amount of feedback from the nib on paper. Buy and enjoy..December update.. having written quite a bit now,and only having to floss the nib, the factory nib is well tuned, juicy wet and smooth. Feedback can be on the toothy side, but that is mainly down to the paper not the nib. And in comparison to my 2 gold nib pens. A pilot custom 92 medium, and an platinum 3776 broad, this asvine is really worth buying. I also have an asvine P20 also in medium which gives an identical writing experience.. just proves that a well setup and tuned steel nib, can give the user a pleasant experience without breaking the bank..

Just awesome!
Beautiful fountain pen, smooth writing experience with <EF> nib. Extremely comfortable either posted or unposted. Paired it with Pelikan 4001 "Violet" ink. I highly recommend it. If you are new with the vacuum filling method it can be a little weird in order to fill it in the very first time. There's a user guide leaflet inside the box, but YouTube videos can be easier to get it going. It's basically a very good replica of the much more expensive Pilot Custom 823 <F> nib, therefore I've chosen a color that doesn't give you that strange feeling of using a costly wannabe. The dark trim and steel nib totally make a difference from the "original". It's my second Asvine fountain pen that I purchase (the other one is a N7 Peacock Blue <EF>, you can check my review) and both of them are awesome and very good writers.

Looking for your first vacuum filler?
I have a few Asine fountain pens. This is by far my favorite. In fact it is in my top 3 fountain pens that I have.Just holding this pen, I want to write. I am just sad I don't have more to write down. The frosted black demonstrator body looks and feels great. The black nib and accents looks fantastic. The pen holds a lot of ink.The ef nib writes great. Smooth with a bit of feedback.Feels nice in the hand, some weight which sits between the fingers and crook of the hand.I can recommend this pen.

Love it
It's a amazing fountain pen that works well, feel smooth and looks beautiful. The first one I got didn't flow very nice so I had to exchange it. The new one is perfect. But for this reason -1 star.I don't think this will be a common issue and I would buy this pen again.Be aware that the fine is still almost like a medium. If your looking for real fine writing for for the EF.
