How long is the chain?

Hi elaine, i've just measured the chain for you and it is about 28 inches/71 centimetres. (I just measured the chain length, so the measurement i gave you does not include the handle). I will add that i am very pleased with this item, it looks great, is sturdy and well made.

how long is the ceramic handle?

The ceramic weight is 5” (13cm ) and the chai is long mine has been shortened and is now 28” ( 70 cm )

Where can i get a replacement chain for it.

Mine comes with a perfectly good chain, but I assume most hardware stores sell the chains they are quite a universal fitting
