Dimethyl keystone is acetone what percentage of alcohol it isn't stated it should be 91 % or higher 91percent contains water

No. Swipe is used to clean your nail plates of any oils and debrie before any enhancement for maximum adhesion. You can use 70-71% alcohol as your slip solution I hope this helps you have a blessed day

I use ohora half cured gel stickers. Can this be used as a prepping solution for better adhesion?

Yes, it works as a cleanser, dehydrator and a few other things. I use it before every set of acrylic nails and they stay on until next change or fill ins
