まず大量に入っている。そして飲みやすい。それだけで決めました。もう1年以上は継続していますが、調子は良く感じます。プラシーボかもしれませんが、調子は良いので嘘ではありません。マイナス点を書くなら、この手のカプセルタイプのサプリは、終盤になるとくっつきますが、すぐに離れるので問題はありません。

These are good quality. The only issue is they are clumping even when the moisture absorber is in place.

藤川メソッド、藤川こてつでよく見るサプリ。脂溶性ビタミンで身体の中にとどまりやすい、また油に溶ける性質があるため、食生活によっては過剰になりやすいです。ただ、藤川メソッドと先生の理論では過剰になってもそれほど悪影響がないとのことで、自分は毎回定量とってます。ちなみに藤川メソッドを分析してる鍼灸師のブログで、イチュウとケッカイという、ツボを刺激して血流をよくすることがあり栄養をきちんと運ばせるため、その鍼灸の効果をビタミンEで血管を強くして強制的に起こしてるのでは？との考察もありますが、栄養のジャンルは既存医療もありますが、日本以外の臨床データとの違いもあるため。「納得」して使えるのが一番だと思います。
