Picked this up for post-workout recovery and stretching, does exactly what it needs to. It's firm without being brutal, good pressure for rolling out sore legs, back, whatever's tight that day. The 24 inch length is nice since it works for bigger areas like your back without feeling too short. Holds up well, hasn't lost its shape or gotten mushy even with regular use. No weird foam smell either which I appreciated out of the box. Nothing fancy about it, it's just a solid, no-frills foam roller that gets the job done. Great if you don't want to overspend on something with fancy vibration features and just need something reliable for basic recovery. Would recommend.

Well worth the money. The material is great for stretching out my back. I get pops and cracks and great relief when using after workouts. For me personally I find it the right support and firmness soft enough to not hurt, and firm enough to get the job done. You can decide how much pressure you want with how much weight you focus and allow. For sore areas and knots you can take some pressure off and gradually ease it over. I feel much better after using it and don’t walk around with back pain feeling like in needs adjusted. It’s like your personal chiropractor at home and for a great price! I got the 24 ft and I like the size. Its big enough to do the whole body without having to balance when laying down, and easy to store. 5 stars and recommend for anyone, looking for back relief especially, after workouts or in general after a day at work!

It's great, I've been using it to massage my back. It has significantly reduced the amount of pain I'm in. Definitely recommend it.

I expected this to be firm however it is very very firm to the point of like laying on a large wood rolling pin. Too hard for me. Some may like it but not good for massaging pulled muscles. My opinion only. Others may like the level of firmness. Otherwise good size, price and arrived quickly but sadly I had to return it.

Het materiaal is veel te hard. De diameter is te groot. Waardoor de rol onder je uit rolt als je er oefeningen mee doet. Geen aanrader!
