This is great! I Ground some beef and bacon for burgers. Talk about a hit.

Works well. CAUTION: Make sure you don't miss any sinue on your meat because mine got stuck and the screw piece that pushes the meat down the channel to the grinder plate and wing got worn down while I was trying to push it threw and not it does not work. I'll have to order another screw piece and I'm considering to just buy a sturdier model if I can find one. This is not as sturdy of a product that you would expect when it says "Made of stainless steel." This is a light stainless steel?

its been over a year and 6 months since we bought this. have used it probably 3-4 times a week every single week. fit our kitchen aid stand mixes and it work easily 10x better then the one that comes from kitchen aid. we put it in the dishwasher after every use (rinsing off the meat of course) super easy to clean, super good quality, and cant be any easier to use. we have no fear of it breaking like the cheap plastic from kitch-aid.

Pros: * Dishwasher safe for most parts! (not the interior cutting plates as the dishwashing detergent will dull the blades and plastic pusher as it might melt) * Easy to use with several functions * Everything comes securely boxed with interior foam with cutouts for all pieces. They are easily placed back in their slots to store everything in the box to keep them together. * Save space in your freezer to only need non-ground foods not two or more types. You can grind only when required Cons: * I have yet to determine how to grind chicken breast that is not mush. Both blades appear the same for this use. I have tried fully defrosted as well as partially frozen. Both results are the same. Cut chicken into strips so they fit into the insertion hole. Diced works too. * Check that all parts are in the box against the part list in the instructions. Initially one small part was missing needing a replacement set.

Got this because it's stainless steel and I though that's a good thing: "It will last for ever!," I thought. Busy as always, it sat until now, and I finally got to use it - it was bought in January but only now managed to give it a try, 7 months later, so it's way over the return window. Well, it's unusable, so money thrown away! The grinding blades square opening are too small, so they don't fit the square shank of the grinding worm (and yes, I am putting the blades in in the right direction!) They just don't fit. On top of it, the sausage stuffing plate is also missing. I should know better by now, that buying anything Made in China is a big, *BIG* NO-NO! This is just another example of their garbage! If I could rate it minus 10 stars I would. Did I say this one would last forever because it's stainless steel? Yup! It will last for ever because it will never be used! ***GRIN!*** I do NOT recommend this product. My advice? Buy the KitchenAid original add-on even if it's more expensive and some parts are plastic --- at least you will be able to use it! Stay away from anything and everything Made in China. (I do wonder if it was my bad luck that this one is defective... but there are too many other reviews that complain about this product, so I will assume it's just poor quality, and/or poor quality control.)

Well made. Love that it's stainless steel so dishwasher can be used for clean up. Price is very nice also.

As advertised. Well packaged well made and fit perfectly to the kitchen aid. Easy to use First time using it put 5lbs of beef brisket through the grinder and no issues. Great for making hamberger and sausages.

Pretty good for an attachment grinder. I only grind 1 to 2 pounds of meat at a time as needed, and it works great for that. If there's some silver skin on the meat you're grinding, leave it partially frozen and this will make short work of it
