Good product easy to install

OMG I love these lights; we mounted them just under the eaves so they put off more of a glow then single lights. The AI is awesome because every month since Christmas I have requested the AI to make a blend of colors for the month. Old fashioned Christmas style, deep blues/grays for January winter, deep red/pinks & grays for February & of course greens/grays for March. I use the grays instead of white to soften the color combos You have options for the speed as well. There are so many different settings if you are a tech person you'd have a field day.

The first thing I noticed was how bright they are—way brighter than I expected. I wanted something that could light up my backyard without looking dim or patchy, and these deliver. Even on the highest setting, the color is consistent along the entire 32.8-foot strip. They’re also built like a tank—definitely heavy duty. The casing feels thick and durable, and I haven’t had any issues even after rainstorms. Another big plus is the price. For a long strip of smart outdoor lights with solid build quality, these are pretty affordable compared to other brands I looked at. I was worried something this cheap might cut corners, but so far, it hasn’t. The app is easy to use and connects quickly. I especially like the dynamic lighting scenes—there are cool effects like “Breathing” and “Rainbow Fade” that make the backyard feel fun during hangouts.

The color is nice and the app works well. I bought the 98 ft roll, #1 they don't label the rolls so make sure you don't accidentally start to put your end roll in the middle of the pattern as you hang them. One roll is not like the others, I learned that the hard way and had to take one down. The clips work nice though I wish they had 3M tape on them as well that would have been a huge help. The clips can be screwed in but the screws that come with it are complete trash. Even drilling a pilot hole they strip out super easy. I just bought replacements at HD. For the price of the strips compared to other brands the mounting hardware should have been nicer as these lights come in at 2-3X the price of some others. Hopefully they hold up well. I will give credit as the patterns built in are nice, lots of cool options for some reason there is a Miami Dolphins pattern, but only them, no other NFL team??? lol

We ordered a set and loved them so much. We will be ordering more for other areas of the house occasionally can be hard for the connectors to ensure seamless installation.

Planning is key to your installation. There are two strips in this set, with a 'Y' connection in the middle. These cannot be installed in-line, end-to-end. Considering these are supposed to be for "permanent" installation, I wish the clips provided were something more durable than plastic. I doubt they're going to last very long in our Arizona heat and chilly winters. The other thing that could be better is the adhesion of the adhesive strip that runs the full length of each strip. The eaves of my home aren't enclosed, so there's no smooth straight place to affix these to, except the front of the fascia board. It's painted wood, so I don't expect the adhesive strips to adhere to it for an extended amount of time, especially since the clips that hold up the lights raise that strip up away from the mounting surface. Any moisture that gets behind there is likely to cause the adhesive to fail. @Govee US If you're listening, it would be great if you could do something differently, to ensure the installation is completely flush with the mounting surface, and improve the "stickiness" of the adhesive, for those installations that aren't necessarily, or cannot be, installed on a perfectly smooth surface. Might also consider including more clips. 15 per strip just doesn't seem like it's enough!

I wanted lights that I could leave mounted under my eaves year round. I found these quite easy to install but not having great faith in the 3M tape to hold them in place, decided to use permanent clips. The lights includes some clips but not enough to properly hold the lights so I searched Amazon, tried some that didn't fit despite claiming that they would. Well I found some that do work - almost identical the the ones that came with the lights. They are MECCANIXITY Waterproof LED Strip Mounting Clips Holder Mounting Bracket Support Fixing Clamps Fit 12mm to 14mm Silicone LED Strip Lighting Translucent Pack of 120 for $CDN 20.49 though I am going to buy #6 screws to replace the #4 screws that come with the clips. I took a bit of learning but in the end the lights were fairly simple to program. They are very bright, seem durable, and give very good colour.

Me encantan, ya tengo tiras led para el interior y en más de tres años no han fallado. Tengo la guirnalda en el exterior (Patio) y de igual forma en 3 años no he presentado ningún problema. Por ser fan de su marca y por su calidad, decidí comprar estos leds para el exterior y simplemente son increíbles. Lo único complicado es pegarlas, en las tiras de interior su cinta doble cara es super resistente y al día de hoy no he tenido que darles mantenimiento porque desde que las pegue así se quedaron: Pegadas. En estas de exterior vienen con soportes que si o si te "Obliga" a taladrar y agujerar donde las quieras poner, sin embargo, tuve que comprar cinta doble cara automotriz y listo, fue suficiente para que no se despegaran, ojalá govee pueda considerar poner doble cara de calidad como las led de los interiores.

Tiene muchas funcionalidades en la app la cual cuenta con valores predeterminados, timers, compatible con Alexa y lo mejor que se pueden compartir presets entre la comunidad para elegir los efectos de luces que mas te agraden. Es resistente al agua. En oferta esta increible el producto.
