I travel a lot. Many times getting to a gym just doesnt happen. Having this bands with me allows for a solid strength work out. This product is rugged, great quality, and has a get price point. Also excellent for maintaining range of motion.

Used these on vacation! They are better than the rubber bands at my gym as the rubber smell can stick to you even after showering. These have no smell. I’m considering getting a second set so that I can have two thick green bands for squats. I cross body them for my resistance. I’m considering also getting my private clients to order them so that I can show them how to workout with these while on vacation.

Cheap and sturdy, but they are not easy to repack.

I started strength training earlier this year as a complete novice. I didn't want to spend tons of money so I bought these which are a great value and have made my strength training exercise routine easy to do in the comfort of my home office. There are a number of bands of different resistance to mix up the kinds of strength training one can do. There is no excessive smell and they seem very good quality based upon my use of them for the past 7 months. I also appreciate the color variety so that I automatically know which band to use for different exercises now without thinking about it.

I have only used the black band while seated, watching TV, or resting. Quite effective; it's strengthened my legs. Because I go to the gym, I doubt whether I needed to buy that many.
