Since the thickness of solar covers vary, need to know the width of the 16" long cover?

They say it can be cut for a shorter cover but do you lose the draw string?

The draw strings are on both ends. If you have to cut , only cut one end.

It is more gray. One side is dull & the other is shiny. The best solar roll cover I have found in over 30 years.
