I’ve tried pads which leak and amazons own make incontinence knickers and these are by far the best. They catch incontinence bladder and bowels. They can leak if you release a whole bladder but they are the best I’ve tried.

I love wearing these it’s so comfortable and I don’t have to worry to stain my bedsheets or black pants and smell is really nice after taking a shower and keeps flesh all day when I go to college or going to sleep but my dad kept using them I’m so sick and tired of him every time he kept using them he doesn’t listen to me I told him so many times it’s only teenage girls and adults women not for men men it’s not allowed for wearing them because it’s too small for them I try to stop my dad using them but my mum doesn’t listen someday I need to speak the doctors to teach my dad lesson he needs stop wearing them because ITS FOR GIRLS ONLY AND WOMEN AND NOT FOR MEN!!!!! 😡😠

I bought these for postpartum bleeding. They are super soft and comfortable. They are also very absorbent, with any blood captured in the underlying layers (no wet feeling) and did not leak once. I far preferred them to big pants and a pad which shifted position.They do have a perfumed smell which I could only smell when putting on/taking off but this did not bother me. The little purple bows on the front of the pants allow you quickly orientate front to back but do nothing to hide the fact that you are wearing a nappy - this also did not bother me as comfort and reliability were my main concern.I thoroughly recommend!!
