Our church had an old projector that projected onto a 100 inch diagonal 4:3 ratio screen. Older screen that had an electric roll up mechanism. But...our congregation NEVER rolled the darn thing up. Well, we upgraded to a new laser projector, which was brighter and sharper and better in every way, but the native format was 16:9 (wide). Sure, it would work on the 4:3 screen, but with a smaller image and bands on the top and bottom. So, we needed a new screen. We looked at expensive ALR screens, because our sanctuary can often have a fair amount of ambient light, but eventually settled on this 135 inch white screen, with 1.3 peak gain.Assembly was...interesting...but not terribly hard. My son was home for the weekend, we went up to church and layed it out at the front of the church, and followed the instructions and the video. Took our time, got it all together in about an hour, nice and taunt on it's frame.Here's the (slightly) interesting part. Our church existing projector and screen were set up diagonally...the projector in in the left rear corner of the sanctuary, and the screen in the right front corner of the sanctuary...both of them angled to face each other. The screen was hanging from the ceiling, NOT mounted to the wall. The manufacturer (AWOL) said the screen was not designed to be hung from the ceiling, it needed to be mounted on the wall. But, our church is small, we don't have ton's of cash for a screen that would hang from the ceiling, so we ignored the manufacturers advice, and did some slight modification to the frame so we could use the existing mounting chains to mount it to the ceiling. We did all this back in early December, and, at least 2 months in, it is working wonderfully.It is MUCH brighter than the old screen, sharp, and just awesome. We didn't break the bank to buy it, but the quality seems to be very good. It wasn't terribly hard to assemble, and it is very lightweight, so it was easy to hang.In short, our congregation (and me) are VERY pleased.

Absolutely amazing. If you follow the instructions correctly you shouldn’t get a single crease. Does everything it says it does with an amazing physical appearance. Great bang for its buck.

The product works very well once set up, but shipping/delivery was an unmitigated disaster, and setup, as a result, was a little challenging. The shipping box was destroyed and the product was delivered in pieces with parts falling out of the bottom. The mounting guides were also missing from the box. You definitely need TWO people to mount this product on the wall once it has been assembled. I assembled it by myself by paying very close attention to the instructions. This is not one of those products where you can skip reading the instructions and hope to assemble it correctly. There is a sequence to properly attaching the springs to get a flat viewing area. It is a large screen, and you also need a clean and even larger area to work on assembling it properly. Once assembled and hung, the results are very satisfying, so I only deducted one star for the shipping and missing part.

This screen is awsomeeeee!!!!! My size is 100”Assembly is required, but easy to do with some patience. Brings out the clarity of my hung projector. Great for party times in my garage. Can’t wait for football season.Highly recommend this fixed screen.

These screens are exactly what I was looking for - strongly built and impressive looking. I've been in touch with the Valerion/AWOL customer service and they are the BEST! I'm very pleased with my purchase as well as my experience interacting with the company.

No proper Quality check, no proper response from the manufacturer. Parts were missing in the package, when contacted the manufacturer as instructed by the seller(Amazon) they didn't take the responsibility. Adivised me to order another item. I had to spend money on the installation as I called technician for installation of the screen and setting up the projector and it's electrical connections. Now since parts were missing he couldn't do his work yet I had to pay for his time. I have to call him again just for the installation and pay him again.Neither Amazon not thea maufacturer answered properly. May be the AWOL who's spending so much on advertising in the Facebook, insta should take the responsibility and answer the customer and do Refund the hard earned money what the customer had paid towards a diffective item.

This is for the new Matte Gray option of this screen, and I hadn't seen many reviews of it here, so I'm adding one. The assembly process was very laborious, and both the manual it comes with and the video youtube it links to both had little inconsistencies and VERY incomplete information. There's nowhere to turn to for the very specific details and so you just have to muddle through. The end result is a good screen, but I will probably have to take it down and tension it a little more, because there's a very subtle sag to the middle top that seems OK when you look at it but the projection of my UST is a little off there (it's not the projector because I moved it to check). Overall, it's hard not to be disappointed even though the price is far less than most good expensive screens. Get what you pay for I suppose. The quality in dim light and darkness is good, I'm satisfied, especially with gaming with my accompanying AWOL Aetherion Max UST. If I had a bigger budget for a 120" screen I'd go elsewhere. Oh, and I'm not certain how much gray vs white helps, it's such a subtle gray it can't be doing much, but if they say so. Insert shrug emoji.

The picture quality compared to my older pull‑down screen is night and day, much brighter, sharper, and overall spectacular. Minor corner wrinkling can happen, but you can smooth it out with gentle pressure. If you’re using a 4K projector like an AWOL, this is a must‑have. Once assembled, it’s very rigid and looks like a giant mounted TV screen on the wall.❌ ConsAssembly requires space and patience. Some slight wrinkling at the corners, though it can be smoothed out. Not really a con, but worth noting.🛠️ General Use & PerformanceDelivers a massive upgrade in brightness and clarity, especially with 4K projectors. Even 1080p projectors benefit from the brightness boost, but 4K really shows off what this screen can do. The rigid frame keeps the surface perfectly flat, which makes the image look incredibly crisp.🔄 Would I Order Again?Yes. Worth every penny if you want a brighter, sharper, more cinematic image.

I got the 130 inch. This screen has elevated my viewing experience massively..it's incredible.. I was previously projecting on a light gray matte finished wall...using a NexiGo Aurora Pro. I have a light controlled basement that goes pitch dark but has light colored walls and ceiling therefore light beams off the walls but that's ok...the plan is to darken the surrounding walls and ceiling. Color and contrast look amazing. I had read the installation was painful so I used multiple sources such as YT videos alongside the provided manual and my install process was very smooth. My right top has minor wrinkle which I need to stretch/adjust tension and smoothen it out. I know this is not an ALR screen but I get a bright image even with lights on. The build quality is great, it's aesthetically very pleasing as well. I'm a big fan. Strongly recommended. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Great product arrived in two days, no wrinkles at all if you spend some time massaging them out so the screen is evenly pulled around the frame during assembly! Over all great product

Comptez de deux à trois heures pour monter l'écran. En soit, cet écran fait le job. Par contre, j'ai eu beau démonter et remonter l'écran suite a des plis dans les coins de la toile, rien n'y fait. J'ai pourtant respecté les consignes à la lettre. Bref, j'ai passé 5 heures de ma vie pour finalement avoir un résultat qui ne me plait pas. Seule l'image restituée sur l'écran fait passer la pilule, mais elle reste quand même de travers.

Exceptional quality screen!!Very well made and a little time consuming to install, but DO NOT rush the assembly and you will be totally amazed with the ease of mounting and the results..Watch the online video on how to assemble and it will be simple..Have a helper at the end to mount to the wall..I have a 4k set up with a Panasonic player and a Valerion Pro2 projecter and I swear it's above cimema quality!!Do not hesitate to buy this screen!
