Razer quality control is at a zero.
Razer products and support are trash. They scam you by providing you faulty equipment, thousands of customers having issues with their keys failing then sell you replacement keys instead of supporting you or just making a good product.

Removal tool no good
Never got to use because the tool that was provided to get the switches out bent. So never could get the old switches out to even try the new ones.Will need to buy a superate tool to get the originals out.
