Got the lavender starter kit. Smells wonderful, works well. I see complaints about battery life. You’re not going to get the best batteries. Just replace with a better quality. As far as refills being expensive? You get 3 for $13.99 not a bad price. Just enjoy the fragrance experience. Stop the complaining !

This did come with 3 batteries. What is also interesting to note is it has an internal shut off. 8 hours on, 16 hrs off. No button to control that. I didn't know this so when I got up the next morning it wasn't functioning. I was going to send it back but after a discussion with Rufus it seems that I can just hit the slide to off and then back on to restart the 8 hr cycle. I'll keep it. The Lavender scent that came with it is delightful. My house is big and open so it's just right. RUFUS is indespensable when it comes to trouble shooting. This essential oil diffuser kit was exactly what I needed at a low price point to freshen up my living space. The mist settings are functional for controlling the scent intensity, and the lavender and almond blossom fragrance is more than adequate for a medium-sized room. I’m giving it 4 stars because while the scent is pleasant, the motor makes a slight clicking sound when it mists—but for the cost, this was a good choice.

It took me a bit to see how this works. It is very easy to assemble. I like you have several options to adjust the level of scent. I do recommend that you make sure to place this above or below your eye level. The mist can cause irritation. The mist is far better than the sprays. The scent lasts much longer. I have this in my bathroom and the mist works great after bad odors.

This is the perfect size for a bathroom or bedroom. It came with batteries. The scent smells great. Buying more for other rooms!

The kit works well enough but disappointed with the oil.
