Yes for the most part. Heat does seen to move the nose pieces after time

How long time for one pair pads can use? When I change to new one, how to clean my frame?

They lasted for about 2 months.... you can still clean your glasses as normal after application. With heat it makes the nose piece slide. The adhesive is good though

Hasta ahorita todo bien no se han despegado, no se me dificultó colocarlos, me ayudó a que mis lentes de pasta estén un poco más elevados sobre los ojos. También ayudan a que no se estén deslizando sobre la nariz.
