I love this insoles! Adds height! My shoes always rubs on the skin, at the back of my foot, above the heels, near the ankles. The insoles lifts my foot up so back of my ankles doesn’t rub on it. This insoles did its job. I just need to purchase this every 3 months. It loses stability after a few months. And it can get unstable to stand on it….

This product is quality, I have fairly big shoes which could play a big part in why I decided only a 4/5 star on Comfort was neccessary, I wear a size 13 Wide, the object wouldn't quite fill the width of the shoe so it cause some discomfort, but as I said, I do have a fairly big shoe so it could be the only contributing factor in that. Overall I would absolutely recommend this to someone who wants to appear taller, and to people who have heal pain. For those who have arch pain, I'd recommend buying a Dr. Scholes pad to lay on top of it for the anch support in this is not the best and can cause pain in the ball of your food if you aren't careful. I highly recommend this product, and my feet have never felt better.

I bought these baby’s for mainly my vans converse and Levi’s cause I hate walking flat footed with very little support and they worked great I even played a bit of basketball in them with my basketball shoes. The biggest problem for me was the sole was not wide enough so it ends up just lifting me up and leaving this weird feeling on the balls of my feet but you still go up almost 3 inches and it’s very noticeable. The comfort Varys honestly the 1 and 2 layers work in mid top shoes like but low top shoes like some vans and other brands are a no go for these it just won’t work but high top vans, basketball shoes and some running shoes work very well with these. I did notice after a 8 hour shift at work my feet were kinda hurting around the 4 hour mark but the next day I was used to it just needed to be broken in. But other than that I highly recommend these!

If you have thin feet, these might work well for you. I have wide feet, so my feet hang over the edges and it hurts walking on these for too long. I tried all 3 strips and there is no way you are walking around with those in unless you got some weird boots. I haven't tried 2, but started with just 1. They aren't bad except for the pain from being too narrow. The are less than 3.5" wide and my feet are over 4.5" wide. I might just cut the fronts of these and try that. Even with only the main sole in, I feel like my heel is riding too high in my boots.

While these do provide more height, the red shock absorbers just fall out of the shoes and I haven't even used these for a week. Do your research and find better quality height extenders instead of these. Don't waste your money!

5 stars because these feel comfortable and do elevate your feet, as stated! However, the shoes I intended to use these with are not going to work because my heel begins where the top of my shoe heel ends. So my entire heel is outside of the shoe. I can’t even fit the 3rd layer in because the whole insert is overflowing out of the shoe. I just wish it had been mentioned in the description somewhere to measure your shoe’s heel height, because I’m sure there’s other people who lack the common sense to think of that, like me lol. Seems like these would work well for high-tops or boots that go above your ankle, though.

Easy to use and does the job

My first 3 days of usage left me with painful blisters on the front of my feet where I would be standing, but after that my feet got used to it and they’ve been great ever since. it’s a little sad I can’t wear with low cut shoes but though but overall I feel way more confident and it help my self esteem quite a bit ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و

Gets the job done but the entire sole is squishy, which is comfortable but also a bit awkward to walk on. I'm also worried about the longevity of the item based on this. Note you will also need to significantly loosen your laces to get your foot in and your shoes won't lace up as tight as before. If your shoes have a narrow tongue this may be an issue.
